Secret Meetings - Part 4 (End)

Summary: YN has decided she needs to end things with her secret BMoL lover. Things have gotten too complicated. But will she be able to stick to her plan once she spends yet another night with him?

PART 4

I had to end things with Ketch. Life had become way too complicated between the American hunters and these British ass-hats.  No matter how hot things had been with us, I had to be honest with myself, with the woman that I was, and end it before things got too serious.

Not only had I been keeping my affair with Ketch from the Winchesters, but I’d been taking on cases from the BMoL for the last month.  Even though Sam was doing it behind Dean’s back as well, I couldn’t keep lying to them.  We weren’t blood, but we were family.

Taking a long look at my reflection I noted that the bruises along my jaw, and left eye were already starting to show. The demons I’d encountered on this last mission for the Brits had almost gotten the best of me, which only confirmed my need to end this. They’d left out vital info that almost cost me my life. And somehow I didn’t think it was a simple error.

With a sigh, I turned away from the mirror and started the shower. I needed to clean up before Ketch showed up.  I was really gonna miss these nice suites that Arthur always got for us. So much grander than the 2 star motels I usually stayed in with the boys. I took my time lathering myself, preparing myself for him, knowing it was our last night together.  By morning, I’d be gone, leaving us both with only the memories of our time together.

Part 3 

The sun hadn’t even begun to rise when I pulled into the bunker garage after my night out. My body was still thrumming from the hours I spent naked with the British assassin.  But there was an undercurrent of guilt as well, settling in my gut as I tiptoe down the stairs into the bunker. 

I was almost to my room when he spoke, and I squeaked in surprise at the sound. 

“Well, that’s a walk of shame if I’ve ever seen one.” Dean’s voice was quiet, with a teasing edge.   I turned around to face him. He was wearing sweats and a dark blue Henley, and he juggled a red apple in his left hand. 

“You waiting up for me?” I whispered loudly before turning the knob and entering my room.  

Dean followed right behind me and I heard the crunch as he took a bite of his snack. 

“Was he still asleep when you left?” he mumbled around pieces of apple.  Before I could reply, he continued.  “Been there, never a cool move, but we don’t have much of a choice.” 

He’s right, but in this case, I was technically with another hunter, so the sneaking away was unnecessary.  Not like I’m going to tell him that though. 

I pulled out a change of clothes to sleep in and dropped them on the bed.  Dean made no move to leave. 

“If you have nothing else to tease me about I’d like to get some sleep so….” I waved my hand in a shooing motion. 

“Alright sweetheart, keep your little rendezvous a secret.” And with a final wink, he shut the door leaving me alone with my memories.
