Rhu was super helpful setting up the tent.

The new tent. Because I think I must have left my tent poles on the side of a mountain 😬. So new tent purchased the morning of this trip. Which is definitely the best way to do it...

More backpacking for us. Did a 2 day trip, with full pack and a total of 40km covered. The point of this trip was to see if I could manage the West Highland Way in September. The answer is yes, but not with a full pack. Where my collarbones broke the bumps are now nicely bruised 😑. So, I have booked baggage transfer and we will still get to go and honestly hiking with a day pack sounds like so much more fun. (And I will shut my ego up about it. We still get to do it. We have nothing to prove to anyone).
