even as a radqueer, i thought daily "what if this is wrong".

it breaks my heart how i ignored my conscience and said "these are just intrusive thoughts. i'm just a transantiradqueer." and the community around me reinforced it and agreed. no one ever asked me "are you actually a radqueer?"

they keep you in the community by being overly close when you barely know each other- you won't know someone at all and they'll be calling you baby and being super affectionate. having dpd, this really got to me and made me want to stay. i felt like people really loved me there. sometimes, if i'm being honest, i still miss the feeling i had that people there cares for me. i feel lonely sometimes. but i'd rather be alone in a community that fights against harm than surrounded by love in a community that harms others.

i miss the feeling that everyone there adored me even though i barely knew most of them. but i know that's not healthy. it's (in most cases) not healthy to know someone for less than a month and then start dating them. when you leave a relationship and the person immediately suibaits you, that wasn't a good person, no matter how nice they seemed during the relationship. (self indulgent validation here)
