To kick things off here's one of my super skilled cc free sims sets. These 8 sims were made with Ciudad Enamorada in mind so they have Latin American names and as usual have ALL their skills maxed out cause for me, they are just npcs. I want them to get jobs and marry my spares.

Another day, another gift! I built this residential rental a while ago and wasn't sure if I was done with it since the top floor is a copy of the bottom floor but I decided I do not care. I mostly use it for townies atm. So there may be a new version of it someday but for now this is good enough.

Another older build of mine, it was having some issues with plant placement that still crop up from time to time so if the trees don't place feel free to add whatever you'd like obviously.
