What is the 369 manifestation technique?

There are 3 methods I know of that help manifest things by writing them down. 369 is one of them. It’s a technique where you write your wish as an affirmation in your diary or a notebook. I have personally used It and It works.
How to use the 369 manifestation technique:-
1. Pick a notebook or a diary. 2. Pick the desire you want to manifest. 3. Write your desire 3 times in the morning. 4. Write your desire 6 times in the afternoon. 5. Write your desire 9 times in the night before you sleep. Repeat for 21 days. Important tips:-
Your desire should be formed in a paragraph that takes about 15 seconds to read. Your paragraph should be in the present tense. You don’t actually wish for them. You are actually thanking the Universe for already having It or just receiving It. If you break the 21 days streak for some reason, start again from the day Example of an affirmation for the 369 methods:
“I am grateful that I have a loving partner. He/she is a blessing, we both love and care for each other. His/her presence has made my life more beautiful and meaningful. I love to spend time with him/her, I love to talk to him/her. I am in a perfect relationship with my soulmate, Thank you.”
