Self Worth

Knowing your own self worth is major key! If you don't truly love yourself and know your worth anybody can come into your space and mess you all the way up! I feel like my ex would always point out all my flaws and negative things about me and I always started to feel bad and change but I didn't because I was already loving myself and knowing what I'm worth and it wasn't worth me changing for someone who could barely say anything good about me. What topped it off is that they would talk down about me so much that they would tell me "I'm only trying to help you because I see it in you"🙄. Who you met on day 1 is who I am it's no changing that person yea I may get a little comfortable and loosen up but as far as changing no I can't especially when I'm bringing everything to the table and then going above behind in other areas because I know that I maybe lacking in some areas. That's why I love the saying: "Know your worth and then add taxes"

Self Love

So I use to allow people to make me feel bad about how I dress or me just being comfortable in my skin period! But I realize more and more that it's because they aren't comfortable with themselves! It toke me so long to genuinely love myself I'm not going to keep allowing others to change that or make me question myself! Someone will come along and except me for ALL of ME! 💯
