I love this freak. The whole fun of him as a character is that his story sounds insanely depressing and depresses me, while Spamton himself is so crazy that he probably doesn't give a shit and he's just sitting in our inventory.

People have talked a lot about how Spamton wanting to "get big" has to do with breaking free of the game, breaking into reality. In Chapter 3 we have an example of Kris being big, at least in relation to the inhabitants of the Shadow Mantle game.
