OBSESSED with how each of them is ridiculing his opponent after defeating him and it's not even some regular "I'm stronger than you" remark; instead, they both go for "you are nothing compared to my man"

heres my advice to any followers i have who are young. Don't delete things when you think you've outgrown them or they're cringy. If you make youtube videos just private them don't delete them. Save your files, you can bury them in multiple sub-folders if you think they're cringe now but DON'T DELETE THEM! It doesn't feel like it now but years in the future you will look back fondly at who you were and wish you still had those things.

made a chart of the straw hats' skin tones with the colors being screencapped directly from the episodes, to show how much they've lightened. this is more than just an "artstyle change" or "design evolution" or "just the timeskip" this is blatant racism/colorism. it's fucking ridiculous and i don't understand how toei is continuously getting away with it please reblog btw, i think this is something people should see

pretty bold statement here on tumblr dot com but amy being obsessed w/romance Does suck and Is annoying bc that writing is directly linked to her being The Girl One. no "if you criticize amys character you hate all little girls" bc [gets uncomfortably close to the mic] this characterization is not inherent to real little girls bc amy is not real shes a made up character written by adults with misognyistic influences which makes her flat and uninteresting* and yes, at times, annoying.

*"oh but amy has such and such other interests" Did You Know that a common "fix" for boring Girl One characters is to accessorize with other interests? it is a bandaid fix. it does not address the core issues with the way shes written. "obsessed with romance and goes to the gym bc shes on a diet**" is not actually an interesting character
