So I’ve noticed that if I’m spiraling and getting upset and need to regulate, grabbing the darkest pencil or charcoal I can find and scribbling makes me feel better. And I’m not allowed to erase. Just scribble like hell and if I mess up too bad then I start over but everything has to be done super quick and messy or else it doesn’t bring me back down.

Anyone else like this?
