Behind the Script:

Initially in the Reichenbach Fall scene when John and Sherlock are on the phone with one another John asks Sherlock “are you being serious or are you being camp right now?” This line was cut after a focus group reacted negatively to it - citing the dialogue as “out of place and bizarre.” 

Caving to the input and making that change is still one of my biggest regrets when it comes to the show.

Finally getting to share my biggest art project yet!

The art exhibit yesterday was absolutely lovely, the amount of support and kind words was genuinely unbelievable! Thank you to everybody who supported me and followed my journey while making this massive project!

personally i think the funniest thing about the “meretricious” “and a happy new year” bit is that sherlock randomly says merry christmas. like after john just says “fantastic”. like lestrade must think sherlock is so obsessed with christmas that he just says that whenever and wherever. thus lestrade accepts john’s offer to go to the asib christmas party so he can see how much sherlock loves christmas irl
