Soooo I was planning on getting the chapter out around the 22 this month but I am still polishing this monster.

The chapter that I planned ended up being way too long (possibly over 12k), so now I am thinking of cutting it in half.

I am conflicted because I have a very good end point for this chapter planned, and if I cut it in half it will definitely be noticeable and the chapter will feel somewhat underwhelming.

So the choice right now is either cutting it now so I have something to publish this April and not have an overwhelmingly long chapter, or sticking to the original plan to have a more satisfying chapter.

I am leaning a bit towards sticking to the original plan, but I would like to know some thoughts and also just inform you guys of why it’s delayed to not leave you hanging.

If I stick to the original plan, I plan on delaying the release date by about two weeks, with a set date of 11th of May.

Little update regarding the chapter!

I am mostly done! I have like… 9k words on this beast and it might get longer… Might need to split some parts for the next chapter

But it should be done approximately next month! I will be traveling a lot in April so I will absolutely have a lot of free time to work on it!

Happy to inform that I am pretty much 2/3 done with the next chapter (I have like 7k words written this is gonna be a hefty one) and I hope to finish it soon. Writing Naoko has been very challenging since I want to both capture her character and in the same time capture how she would react to having her son back after a whole year. I fr went up to my mom and asked her “how would you react if I went missing for a year and came back saying I got sent to another world” AHAH
