The last photo is after I put the full gloss on the watercolor, as if I remember I took most of the photos of the watercolor before full glossed, where acrylic was fully glossed. So got a nice shine to it.

Finished another abstract texture painting. It's called "Downstream" and I'm in love. This one came over me like a torrential river and wouldn't let go. I kept trying to decipher the purpose but I came to the realization that this one symbolized giving in and giving up on the idea of ever finding a shoreline. It represents the counter to a sink or swim mentality and instead opting to float on. 36" by 24" acrylic and mixed media on canvas. Just need to take some high quality photos and get it ready to hang.

(Used my DIY texture paste, sand, heavy body acrylic, glass beads, fiber gel, and mica flake paint for various types of texture.)

#adventoflucifer This art journal painting is titled The Bringer of Light. I'm really happy with how this turned out. So I'd like to explore this title more, so there should be sequels.

This painting is dedicated to Lucifer's Light Bearer aspect. The Light Bearer encourages you to seek knowledge and understanding. Self-knowledge is crucial, as it will open the door of spiritual illumination.
