Evaluation sheet.

For my whole new world project. I came up with Collectors Edition of Video Games. My idea was to make a Art Book, Keyring and a Steel Book for a demonic fighting game. I chose to do Demons and Monster because I can go crazy on the designs.

So first thing I did was to create twelve original demon/Monsters characters. Why twelve? Because in most first fighting games like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. The roster is twelve. I got A3 paper and pencil. I created a design sheet where I draw bunch of little sketch on Monster and Demon's. Then I redraw them in a character design sheet. I also draw out some of there attacks too.

I got inspiration from Greek mythology and the old 1930s monster movie's. There are iconic and I wanted to put my own style to these Monsters.

I also got inspiration from Darkstalkers. Darkstalkers is a Capcom fighting game. And you can be Monsters.

Then I redraw all twelve again too take a photo. I put the photos on the computer. And draw over them in photo shop. I was also planning to do a group poster with all my characters. Like the overwatch poster. I also did painting of my characters and some background.

I would of done the poster, keyring, artbook and steel book. But I got very ill and miss out bunch of time.

Character Bio

Name: The Ones

Age: unknown

Height: 6 feet

Personal Style: The Ones want to take over everything and everyone.

Backstory: The Ones are a mass of every one it's absorbed. And wanted to effect hell for all units powers. So it's took over a knight and went to hell. The ones started a tournament of Devil Powers. All loses and winners will be absorbed into the ones.

Strength: Its have the powers of the people it's absorbed.

Weakness: It's will lose the powers when someone beat it in battle.

Lobo

Lobo is a character from DC. The Lobo was created by Roger Slifer and Keith. Lobo is an alien bom on the utopian planet of Czech, and work as an interstellar mercenary and bounty Hunter.

He looks very cool. He looks like if metal music was a person.

Looking at this character will help me to create a cool looking Character. For my fighting game.

Name: Dragon Armour and host

Age: the armour is unknown. The host is 27.

Height: The host is 7 feet.

Personal Style: Both of them love Killing every one and everything in site. They love to kill thing's.

Mother: Unknown

Father: Unknown

Siblings: Unknown

Backstory: The armour was created by the last dragon in the world. It's will only work on someone who is worthy and deserve the power. It's will kill someone who is not worthy.

The host was a slave and treated badly by their masters. And wish to kill everyone in the world's.

So the host took the armour from there masters. They put it on and they are worthy. They both love killing the host masters.

They enter the Devi power tournament.

Strength: Fly, Breath fire, stabbing with their tale.

Weakness: Is some one can take the armour off the become powerless.

Favourite food and drink: Blood of the enemy's and Chicken.

Godzilla

Gojira or Godzilla was made by TOHO and released in 1954. And have 38 movie's so far.

He is my favourite Monster ever. I love how he is a dinosaur who can breath fire and invincible.

I'm looking at Godzilla because he is iconic. Every one will recognise the atomic breathing mutated dinosaur. He is good to look at if you want to create a iconic character.

Looking at him will help me to design a reptilian and sea creatures.

Personal Style: strike, focus and calm.

Mother: Coral Bite

Father: Sir Hiss Bite

Siblings: She have two younger siblings. Fang Bite and Sammy Bite.

Backstory: Her Father and Mother train her how to be a great ninja. She started at the age of 3. But she never completed her training, because the Hell Queen's Mafia killed her parents and all students of the Snake Bites Dojo.The Snake bites dojo is a threat to the Hell Queen's Mafia business. The Snake Bites Dojo are the first assassin's in hell. Shiva and her siblings hide away when the attacks was happening. And she promised to her siblings she will kill everyone in the Hell Queen's Mafia. She went into the devil powers tournament to kill the leader Sophia.

Strength: She use swords, and can change into a bigger monstrous snake.

Weakness: Cold weather.

Favourite food and drink: Mice and water. She is simple.

Mortal Kombat

Mortal Kombat is a fighting game reales 1992.

The graphics is made by taking tons of photos of actors in costumes in different poses. It's like stop motion. It's was one of the first Game's to do this.

The Character's design are good. But the ninja Character's look the same.

Derek Zabrocki

Derek Zabrocki is a polish concept artist. The art look really cool. His work reminds me of Natasha Tan. They both use their lighting really well.

Natasha Tan

Natasha Tan is a concept artist for Ubisoft. I like how the light bring the building to live. And the building is so unique and detailed.

Dan luvisi is a digital artist working in the comic book, film and video games industry.

I really like this artist. The art look's really realistic and gritty. I love the colours and how and the lighting. The lighting bring the picture to life.

Looking at his art help me with how I should light my characters.

My Demon drawing process

This is my ghost demon. I haven't came up a name for him yet.

I started with the straight line of the weapon first.

I then draw in everything else. Sorry about forgetting the screen shot of the out line only.

I got inspiration from the Grimm Reaper and 1950s detective. I didn't give him a hat because I can't draw hats. I base the weapon on a wing of dragon's. I pick purple and red because they are my favourite colours.

My target for the next 4 days is:

Do more characters bio, research blogs.

Painting my key chain model.

I then make a layer for out line and colour.

Made a layer for fire.

And smoke layer.

The shading layer.

The shiny layer.

Then the glow layer.

I really like my out come on this character.

My favourite part is the fire and smoke effect.

I didn't take screenshots of all the process. Sorry.

I put a photo of my character on to photo shop.

I draw the outline on a different layer. Also I change the shape of my brush from a circle to oval. I did this because it's easier to draw around the character.

Made another layer for the colours. I pick the colours from a desert photo for this character.

Then add shading and shiny on another layers.

I'm also tried different colours to see which one I like.

Jordan Grimmer is a concept artist for video games industry. His concept art look so cool.

It's so dark and the lighting makes the scene creppy. He use PhotoShop to create his art work.

Name: Finn the Shark Slayer

Age: 15 in human year's. But in fish man years he is 25.

Height:9 Feet

Hair: none

Personal Style: Love to hunt.

Mother: His mother is the mayor of shell town.

Father: Father is looking after Finn and his siblings.

Siblings: Finn have 54 siblings.

Backstory: He was raised in a good Family. He was the only one with a saw nose. Every one else have a sword nose. But that didn't bother him. He likes being different. And also love slaying Sharks who try to attack shell town. The town could him "The Shark Slayer".But when he got older he gets bored keeping fighting sharks and killer whales all the time. His father told him about a tournament that's take place every 5 years in hell. So he started to swim to hell to go and win the tournament of Devil Powers.

Ability: He can swim in anything like the Sea, Ground and Lava. Can breath air.He use his saw nose to slice and dice his enemies. He also use his tale and claws. And can only talk to gold fish.

Weakness: He can some time get his nose stuck while in a fight.

Weakness: He can get easily distracting from Treasurer and Gold.

Siblings: All 6 Murdered by him because they are a******s.

Backstory: When he was young he always loved Gold more than anything else in the world. He love gold so much that he changes his name. And killed his whole family for the family gold. He travels all over hell to find treasure. Over the years he found the best treasure. Only one he haven't found is the Devil Powers. So he going to the tournament to take the power.

Ability: He have no ability. He only got a hammer and natural strong strength.

Favourite Food/Drink: His favourite food is Chicken. And his favourite drink is any alcohol.

Personal Style: He doesn't care about washing his clothes. He wears the same trouser for 50 years.

Father: Jeff Bob

Backstory: Franky favourite book is Frankenstein. And he wants to create his own Monster. So he Rob a grave site and started to hack and slash body parts. To put together to make a Monster. To be different he gave his Monster a electric gun/ Knife arm. And a punchy arm for the other. He forgot the most important part to the monster. It's was the brain. So he use his own. But he doesn't remember how he did it by him self. Also forgot his real name so he could him self Franky. Now powerful he made a portal to hell. To be part of the Tournament of Devil Powers.

Ability: He can create electricity all over his body.And shot electric out of his gun arm. And punch very hard using his punchy arm. And the knife he can use it for stabbing.

Weakness: Fire
