I created my own sea creature or mermaid, i wanted to experiment first with the different ways i could make her body, i wanted her to be whimsical but also like a creature, i used water colours for the fish and prawn drawings but the final two i did using pencils and acrylic paint on canvas.

Here is a project i did to create a creature, I took pictures of octopi and painted over it on acetate, i also used bleach and ink to create this wet toned drawing and instead of my usual markers i had decided to try out dots, i saw someone on the internet use it and wanted to try it out myself.

I really like superheroes and comic books, through the years i have decided that i would like to create my own, i have a notebook with a few ideas, this was just a spur of the moment creation, I made my own superman, i copied the emblem that has been associated with the hero and changed it to my own, i gave him some armour that i thought could be out of this world.

I did a project on ‘Mad’ Jack Churchill, a WW2 soldier who would run onto the battlefield with a sword and bow and arrows. Again i used copic markers and pencil colours on top for more depth and tone.
I think this drawing speaks more that words could, of course there are a lot of stories about Jack Churchill, but this is essentially who he is, a man who ran into the rages of WW2 with a sword and each time he came out on top.

Iconic scene from the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, where the Captain fights Iron Man and there’s this incredible explosion. This is the style I use the most often, I used my copic markers for the characters, blending the markers together and I added pencil colours on top for extra depth and tone. The background i used my airbrush, I also used it for the explosion as it was the perfect way to layer the colours and tones together to get this effect and i added a white gel pen for sparks.

A self portrait I did with oil paints, this was a practice I wanted to do to explore skin tones and mixing colours, and a bowl some fruit I did also with oil paints, this was just a little fun as i wanted to experiment more with colours and tones.
