Pasayahin ang iyong ina: Mga simpleng regalo sa Mother’s Day

Alam mo ba na sa buwan ng Mayo ay may nakalaan na araw para sa ating mga nanay? Sa bawat ikalawang linggo ng Mayo ay ipinadiriwang natin ang selebrasyong ito. Dahil nga ito ay espesyal na araw para sa kanila ay dapat lang na mas lalo nating maipadama ang labis nating pasasalamat at pagmamahal.
Ngayong nalalapit na Mothers Day, pasahayin natin ang ating masisipag na mga nanay. Suklian natin ang kanilang pagod sa pag-aaruga at pag-aalaga sa atin. Marahil ikaw ay nagtatanong o naguguluhan kung paano ito gagawin. May budget ka ba o wala. Huwag kang mabahala. Sagot ko yan!
Ang mga sumusunod ay mga bagay na kaya mong gawin at tiyak na maipapakita mo na isinasapuso mo ang lahat ng kanyang mga ginagawa para sayo.
Lutuan mo ng paborito niyang pagkain

Sa bawat pagbangon natin mula sa ating higaan tuwing umaga ay maaamoy na natin ang agahan na iniluto nating mga nanay. Baliktarin mo ang sitwasyon ipagluto mo siya ng almusal kahit na pritong isda at itlog ay siguradong ikatutuwa niya ito dahil pinaglaanan mo ito ng panahon.
Maglinis ng bahay

Upang makaiwas sa mga sakit ay ugali nilang maglinis ng bahay ngunit sa araw na ito ay huwag nating silang pahawakin ng tambo, pamunas at iba pang kagamitang panlinis. Hayaan natin sila na magpahinga at umidlip habang tayo naman ang mag-aasikaso sa mga gawain.
Makipagbonding sa kanya

Pagplanuhan ng maayos ang inyong lakad. Maaaring pumunta muna kayo sa simbahan upang manalangin. Maaari mo rin siyang dalhin sa mga park at plaza na kung saan makakalanghap kayo ng sariwang hangin. Sa sariwang hangin na pumapalibot sa mga park at plaza ay tiyak na maiibsan nito ang dinaramang problema ng iyong nanay.
Bigyan mo siya ng tanim o halaman

Kung may ipon ka naman kahit konti ay maaari kang bumili ng isang halamang namumulaklak. Sa panahon kasi ngayon kailangan nila ng mapagbabalingan ng kanilang atensyon at isa na dito ay ang pag-aalaga at pagpapalaki ng tanim.
Kung susumahin, materyal man o hindi materyal na bagay ang iregalo mo sa kanila ay malugod nila itong tatanggapin dahil ito ay binigay mo at nagmula sa kaibuturan ng iyong puso. Hindi man ito mahahalin gaya ng ginto, pero tiyak ito ay tatatak sa kanilang puso.

Every second, every minute, every hour and everyday our lives and our technology improve and progresses and one of which is social media. Social media is a tool that is now becoming more and more popular due to its user-friendly features. Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. allow people to connect with each other at a distance.

With the rise of this pandemic, it has caused dramatic loss of life around the world and poses unprecedented challenges to the world of public health, food systems and work.
To lessen the effects and risks brought by the virus the government have done an immediate action by disseminating information regarding on how we should take care of ourselves and the proper way of cleaning and disposing our medical trash.
If we are taking these happenings to the past, the only way to disseminate information to large number of crowds is through printing, radio and televisions. By using these techniques and ways it would take couple of days to transfer the information that is needed to be seen by the public but this process of circulating and disseminating information have been made faster and possible by the use of social media.
Since the primary role of social media is to transfer information it helped us a lot in the midst of this pandemic specifically the front liners and government.
There is now a social media platform made and released for the public to use in which allows the users to scan the official QR codes to create a digital diary of the places you visit. The information gathered in this platform can then be used by contact tracers to locate the people you have made contact to.
The government also disseminated the information faster through the use of live streaming in Facebook and Youtube.
With all of that being said it can be seen how our world changed using social media.

Stress is sometimes, or most of the time, unavoidable. We ignore the stress we feel, but as we ignore it the more it creates stress. We are doing so many things that makes as busy and occupied every time which is why we face so much stress in our daily lives.
