My step mom’s family is the same way, and I can’t fault people like that if that’s how they were raised, but still, it’s weird. I mean at least you’re totally aware of it, right? Most of them have like zero self awareness. I’ve been to Disneyland, but never Disney World! The difference is massive, probably. I would totally share if I could, it’s a blessing. Dogs probably wouldn’t, would they? Poor things.

My family was founded on drama. They don’t know how to be or even appear civilized because their noses are too far up in the air to even see reality. Rich kid that tries to pretend she wasn’t raised that way and all that, even though it’s not really working for me. I just really want to go to Disney World, I’ve never been and it’s a huge bucket list thing for me. Yes! It’s buffet style which is honestly the worst. So jealous, share your ability to sleep past 6am with me. Then again, my little dog doesn’t help me out either with her tiny bladder.

I totally will, man. I’m a huge coffee fan, it’s basically what keeps me alive most days. Robots with feelings are the exception, because at least they’d feel guilty for taking our jobs! I’m totally up for meeting her, I’m sure she’ll be beyond adorable!

Yeah. I run this little shop called Brewing Imagination. You should come in sometime. You like coffee? But, yes. Paper work is long and exhausting. I don’t know about jumping off a bridge though. So, no robots, unless they have feelings. She loves meeting new people, if you’d like to meet her.

Halloween is always badass, like where I’m from we’d always go to Salem every year when I was a kid and their celebrations were pretty cool, they always went all out. Halloween in an awesome haunted place like that, count me in! I’d have to stop by with my tour and scare the crap out of everybody. Oh my god, seriously? I bet that was scary as shit. I’ve dealt with minor stuff like allergic reactions and things, but anything scarier than that and I’d be like ‘What do I do!?’ panics and flails everywhere. It is, isn’t it? CCG is much shorter for everyone’s sakes. I did, I was originally planning to become a concierge or a hotel manager, but I somehow fell into this and it’s been great. Right? You can’t go wrong with that!

That has to change for! Halloween is my favorite for one thing, plus in the most haunted city, you can’t go wrong. I’m pretty much booking for Halloween to be at the brewery. No one has died yet…..haha, at least not because of my drinks. I did have a guy had a heart attack at the bar once. But the paramedics came and he survived. That’s quite the mouthful, I had no idea there was a College of Coastal Georgia. You took hospitality? Thats different. Is that what got you into the tour guide thing? Minus the murder part its an awesome life story to have, its like the poor man version on cinderella!

This is great news for me, then. Not that the whole tux and dressed to the nines thing wouldn’t be a good wedding, but still. I’m a strong believer in the casual!

Uh oh, a business owner, huh? I bet the amount of paper work you have is headache worthy, then! I would probably jump off a bridge at that point. Robots wouldn’t be any fun in the long run, they can’t make friends or anything cool like that. Aww, really? Happy kids are my favorite kind.

Same here, but unfortunately, it’s a must for me. The perks of running my own business. That seems interesting, yet kind of intimidating. I don’t think I’d want robots to take over. She laughs all of the time. She’s such a happy baby.

That’s what I’m hoping for. I mean what are the chances someone would be okay with a totally casual wedding on a beach or something with just shorts? Has that kind of thing ever even happened?

There’s nothing wrong with knowing that. If anything it may help later on in life.

Those are things you should always have with you -- at least I do, anyway. Seriously, I have spare clothes in the back of my car just in case. No worries, man, the invitation is there any time. I do, but in my case, I love my job. It’s a double edged sword, for most people.

I understand that, even though I’m a polar opposite. Pants, and extra food, check. Sorry I didn’t end up making it this week, I’ve been getting my ass kicked work wise. Do you know how much working on a Saturday sucks?

Paper work is the bane of my existence. It’s one of those things I’d rather stick my foot in an oven than do. One of these days it’ll all be digital and robots can kindly take over, ha. Aww, that’s always a fun age! Is she laughing and such yet? 

I definitely know how that is. I hate doing paperwork. Schedules and such aren’t that bad, but all of the other paperwork makes me want to at least pull my hair out. She is almost five months now. Tell me about it. I’d definitely want to buy one of those.

I’ve never actually experienced Halloween here outside of our tours, the parties look like a lot of fun, so I may have to beg for the night off and do it right this year. That sounds kind of awesome, and maybe it’s the paranormal fan in me, but I’d be down to see that in person. Haha, well, hopefully you wouldn’t kill your clients so easily! That would be one hell of a way to be a serial killer, though. I went to the College of Coastal Georgia. Not the fanciest place in the world, but it helped me out quite a bit while I studied hospitality. I know, I know, a riveting profession, right? That musical should be my autobiography, haha. Minus the murder part.

Just because we are talking about it now, Halloween is pretty awesome around here. Though I bet you know that from the guided tours. But the brewery itself, the party we had last year and we even had someone attempt to perform a seance. I’m not sure if he was real or a quack or not but still pretty creepy. Exactly, the only downside of free shots, well my free shots, is you never know what they’ll taste like and/or if you’ll spontaneously combust. Haha, what school did you go to and what were you studying? It sounds like A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder knowing those things, haha!

I can imagine, family drama is usually not worth it, right? That’s the honest way to do it. My family is pretty well off too, and it’s hard to accept things like that. I’m not a huge fan of Florida, truth be told. The beaches are cool, and the theme parks, but it’s too big for my taste. A vegetarian zombie, huh? That’s a new one! Did you? Was it good, at least? I had a pretty great day off, I basically did nothing but sleep, which is a blessing. What about you?

Yeah, I’d rather not bring up that can of worms either. He was terribly hurt when I didn’t want to go into neurosurgery and therefore couldn’t be sworn in by blood to the award. Like no, dad, I like to earn my things without waving dollar bills around. Right? Hell, I can barely make it to Florida and that’s only like an hour or so away. I might just be at this point. Maybe I just prefer to not eat humans in my zombie state.I did enjoy it, because I finally got in at Paula Deen’s new restaurant and I’m still full. And did you enjoy your day off today?

Okay, buying drinks I can agree to, all for the costume. I got into tons of trouble in college with them, those parties were brutal. I’m sure the experimentees loved being your guinea pigs, I don’t know many people who would say no to free shots. Especially if they’re already tipsy. Are they? Well that’s cool, right? You can never go wrong with festiveness. I’ll have to make sure to drop by for a while. That could apply to so many things. I mean I learned my alcohol tolerance and how to jump start a car and how to pick locks, I feel like a real adult.

It is a very vicious cycle indeed! Haha, oh I don’t know if it would be that epic of a costume, plus I come cheaply, no charge to see the costume but you might have to buy a drink or two. I didn’t have an appreciation for jello until I was old enough to know how jello and alcohol went together. Like you said it gets you into a lot of trouble. But well worth it, at least at the time. I passed them out as free shots because I was experimenting with things. I was trying to come up with a drink for Pride at the end of the day. The bar is doing a big thing at the end of the month for it. And then of course 4th of July and you can’t miss out on a red, white and blue drink. Things you learn in college you never knew would be helpful in real life.

At least we both know we’re not alone. Anything that has a good story, I’m in. See, that’s something I’ll never really understand. Probably because I’m not a girl who’s ever had to wear one, haha. And because I have an aversion to formal wear. I’m sure it’s special for the girls, though. Is it bad that I know what an empire waist is? I 100% blame my sister.

I hope not because I think that classifies me too. That’s true. But they make good stories and that’s always good. I don’t believe it’s just a dress. It’s a dress that will be in memories forever. It’s important.

You know it’s serious business when the man himself says don’t take your kids to see it and people do anyway, then get outraged and claim it’s a horrible movie made by horrible people because they’re too stupid to listen. It’s become a vicious cycle, all those morons procreating, haha. It would be an epic costume, I’d pay to see it. Oh man, I remember having like jello smorgasbords as a kid with purple and green and orange and all those crazy colors. Jello shots are dangerous because they taste good and it’s so easy to have way too many. Hopefully someone had fun with them, at least!

That’s not your fault, that’s just called bad parenting. There’s a reason its rated 18+. It’s kind of the same thing with the Deadpool movie when it came out. It was rated R and Ryan Reynolds himself wrote a letter saying do not take your children to this movie it not that kind of comic book movie. People are idiots sometimes and those are the ones unfortunately who procreate and pass on the stupid. Haha, my halloween costume a few months early! I wasn’t making poison but I was playing around with the colored jello, which in itself it probably weird!. But I was trying to make those really cool colorful jello shots.

An award? Damn, that is prestigious. I know a little bit about family disappointments, haha. The travel channel is cool though, it shows me all sorts of tropical places I can’t afford to go visit. Right, right, no sleep. I’m shocked you’re not a zombie. I hope you took full advantage of it! I don’t get one of those until Sunday, I’m almost dreading how busy life will be tomorrow. This is why all humans need decoys.

Not exactly. My parents are both very well known professionally and one even has an award named after them, so. It was basically expected that my sister and I become legacy children. My sister is the family disappointment and there are days I wish I was too. Although in a way I am too, but that’s a story for another day. It’s on the travel channel’s website! Technology is great like that. You’re asking the wrong person, around the clock shifts and no sleep remember? Although I do finally get a day off tomorrow so I fully intend to act like a tourist and walk around town aimlessly tomorrow for the hell of it.

I’ve been to Hawaii, and I’d love to go again. I like traveling, but I’m also kind of a homebody at heart, obviously since I’m still living here. Extra pants, totally. A defibrillator, probably not. Maybe some food to offer the ghosts, though.

I recommend any part of Asia you can get to, it’s beautiful. Also Australia. And Hawaii. I certainly didn’t have wanderlust when I was younger or anything. Friday it is, then. Do I need to bring anything with me? Extra pants? A defibrillator?

They brought an entire crew of kids along to a tour that was 18+ and got angry when we told them they couldn’t go. To the point where my boss forced me to allow them on it anyway and then they blamed us when their kids went home screaming. I’m like we can’t win with you idiots, can we? Time’s a funny thing, isn’t it? Those newbies ruin everything, haha. As cool as a zombie bartender would probably be, you could totally concoct some kind of poison like that which would be pretty terrible. Or a nuclear weapon.

Haha, alright you said that and didn’t tell me what happened! Tell me! What did the tourist do and what was your evil plot against them? Sounds like you had a nice relaxing Monday, i’m just like its Thursday and June now? Somehow? Because their newbies and lame and think they can handle it in reality we know they can’t. Oh god, it was so necessary, the second shift the last few hours I’m pretty sure I was running on zombie mode I don’t even think I stopped to think about what I was making I just did it.

Mine too, along with Netflix. Does that make me sound like one of those wine moms? I have no shame. Intense clients are either the best or the worst, there’s no real in between. I honestly just watched it because the family drama made me laugh. It’s just a dress, ladies, calm yourselves.

Wine and books are my go tos. I find Say Yest to the Dress a little staged at times, but I have dealt with some intense clients.
