《SHIPPING UPDATE》

ALL BUNDLES HAVE BEEN SENT! We have recently employed a new shipping mod, Zoot, to expedite the process. Zoot has been managing a personal shop since 2018, and is now handling what's left of our original orders. They will be overseeing the completion of our project's shipping in the coming month. Our original shipping mod, @kb20xx, has stepped down from the role due to scheduling conflicts, but is in close vicinity with Zoe to help out whenever possible.

Please send us a new message with the addressee name and order number if you have not yet received a shipping / tracking email.

We will be opening leftover sales on January 6th, 12:00 PM CST!

《SHIPPING UPDATE》

All bundles have now been packed, thanks to the arrival of our second order of books! We are steadily shipping out the remaining items— there are fewer than 100 bundles left to send, and a wave of 40 B7 packages were sent out today. Leftover sales are predicted to open mid-June. Another update will be posted once all orders have been shipped!

All solo orders of B8 have been shipped out! The next wave of books have also arrived from our manufacturer, so the remainder of all book-inclusive bundles (primarily B7s) will be shipped out very soon. 《SHIPPING UPDATE》

Apologies for the gap in updates! We come bearing both good and bad news. The good news: our shipping mod is currently back home and in the midst of shipping out B8s (ita-only bundles)! Unfortunately, an unexpected amount of our books were damaged in transits or printed in lower quality than expected, forcing us to order a second batch. However, this second batch will not be arriving until next month, which delays our shipments of all book-inclusive bundles, including the B7s. We apologize again for the inconvenience and any frustration that these repeated delays might cause. Thank you dearly to everyone for all your patience!

All orders of Bundle 6 have now been SHIPPED! Please be sure to message us if you have not yet received notification of your order being sent. We will be waiting on ita bags to arrive before we proceed with shipping B7 and B8! Ita bag production is scheduled to finish by the end of this week.

If all goes well, we estimate that leftover sales will open sometime in October-November. Stay tuned!

《SHIPPING UPDATE》

Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce that we have received all zines and stickers from our manufacturers, and the process of shipping has resumed in earnest. We are currently shipping out all physical-only orders of B2 and B3, and will be sending out packages of B4 starting next week. Keep an eye on your email for shipping notifications or tracking numbers!

Additionally, ita bags are now projected to arrive sometime in November—December due to further manufacturing delays. More announcements will be posted as we graduate to shipping out B4 packages!

《SCHEDULE UPDATE》

Hello, all! It is with heavy hearts that we announce we are continuing to experience shipping/manufacturing issues regarding our books, sticker sheets, and ita bags. The receipts we’ve received from our ita bag manufacturer & sticker sheet package tracker are attached below.

We estimate that we’ll receive the sticker sheets and the remainder of the books from our manufacturer within the next few weeks, and ita bags are estimated to arrive around September. Rest assured, we will be shipping out each bundle as quickly as we are able!

In the meantime, we have updated the shipping schedule on our carrd accordingly.

《SHIPPING UPDATE》

Our first wave of physical zines have been shipped out! Digital items— including the zine + three Monokuma Theater Break Bonus PDFs— have also been sent out in the form of zip files.

If you ordered a bundle that includes digital items, but did not receive an email, please be sure to check your spam, trash, and promotion folders before contacting us with your email address & order number!

If you're on Windows, when you download the file you can right-click on it and select the "Extract All" option. Click "Ok" on the window that comes up afterward, and it should prompt you for a password. Once it extracts, the files should be viewable in a folder on your computer. Anyone using Windows 10 or earlier may need an external program to extract the files. If you're having other issues extracting the ZIP file, please troubleshoot all possibilities before reaching out.
