They have been scooping for over 100 years! .... - I have favorite #artists who return frequently to our annual #pleinair festival. @matbarberkennedy is at the top of the list. Originally from England, he is now in the Chicagoland area. His #watercolor and ink combination is stellar. ....... - We happened upon him as he was coming down the homestretch on this beauty.
