You are: light sky blue #87CEFA
Your dominant hues are cyan and blue. You like people and enjoy making friends. You're conservative and like to make sure things make sense before you step into them, especially in relationships. You are curious but respected for your opinions by people who you sometimes wouldn't even suspect. Your saturation level is lower than average - You don't stress out over things and don't understand people who do. Finishing projects may sometimes be a challenge, but you schedule time as you see fit and the important things all happen in the end, even if not everyone sees your grand master plan. Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything.

WITH: Any/Open WHERE: A yard sale somewhere downtown.

âHow much for this antique cabinet?â Austyn questioned, allowing herself to look at the cabinet left and right as she asked. Noticing a few scratches, she made a mental note to repair it before placing it in the house, but it was simply too beautiful to pass up. âIâm staging a house, and this would be the perfect piece for an accent wall. How much would you charge for it?â Her hand slipped off the cabinet as she moved towards the pile of fabrics on the ground and looked back up at the other. âAnd what about these curtains?â @ironriverstartersâ
It wasnât often that Mateo ventured into yard sales. His youngest however, was looking for certain pieces for what she described as âinspirationâ. Art was never his strong suit, and where she got that skill was something he never understood. But his lack of understanding didnât prevent him from being supportive. He figured he might as well do some exploring himself, perhaps get to know some of the other residents in the town. Although Mateo had been here for a year, he felt like heâd been a bit of a shut in. While he looked through a selection of music in an old CD tower, he heard the woman speaking, trying to negotiate. He smiled, figure heâd help her out. âI saw a cabinet just like that a sale down the block. Better condition too,â he called out, slowly waking his way over to the two of them. âNone of these, scratches,â he said softly, as he took a finer look at the worn wood.Â

Full name: Mateo Jaime De Rosa Birthplace: El Paso, TX Years in Iron River: 12 months Gender & Preferred Pronouns: Cismale; he/him Age: 45 Height: 6â˛4âł Marital status: Divorced Children: 2 Face Claim: Joe Manganiello Current occupation: High School Phys-Ed Teacher Former occupations: NHL player, TV studio analyst Current neighborhood: Iron Hill
Biography:Â
Mateo grew up in Los Angeles, California, where he took to athletics at an early age. He was heavily influenced by the Kings signing of Wayne Gretzky, eventually leading to hockey being his sport of choice.
Mateo had a pro career in the NHL, playing with three teams over his 15 year playing career. After, he became a studio analyst for one of his former teams.
Mateo married at the age of 24, and had two daughters with his wife. Currently, the oldest is 18, and the youngest is 14.
Mateo and his wife separated two years ago. His wife had to be the primary caretaker for their children during his playing career, so her career as a violinist was put on hold. Now, she is traveling the globe with a professional orchestra.
One of his biggest regrets was having to travel so often while he was an NHL player. After the divorce, and with his ex-wife's new career, he saw it as an opportunity to make up for that by being the primary parent for his two daughters.
After the divorce, he quit his job as a television analyst and moved to the Iron Hill neighborhood in Georgia, where he got a position at a PE teacher with his children.
With his ex-wife traveling for work regularly, they live with him full time, visiting their mother intermittently.
