i care about pokemon a lot, it’s pretty much the only game i play so i’m a little sensitive to rude comments i guess.

i still believe what i said (i said it like a couple minutes ago, after all) and i’m not deleting it no matter how it’s received, if it’s received at all.

also as an artist who draws fakemon it does sting when people say “fakemon” to mean bad

what *IS* the difference between “fakemon” and “pokemon” ?

clearly it isn’t whether a pokemon is real or not, because SO many people are calling every single new pokemon a fakemon.

is it a stand in for “bad”? just say bad. i doubt anyone who says each and every (gen 9) pokemon is a fakemon couldnt design something even close in terms of quality

fakemon have no designs conventions connecting every one of them, so nothing can look like a fakemon- same goes for pokemon.

Taurai, one of the protagonists for my region concept, Acegate, based on mostly the bahamas and cuba

this is also a little announcement in a way for a mini region by the name of Fasson- consisting of 40-ish new evolutions: half of which are split and the other half are add ons

that’ll be coming some time, most likely sometime next year since i want to get gen 9 pokemon in on this, and we have a whopping 8 to choose from so far, 2 being legendaries.

i’ve been thinking of this au a little where all of the main 6 swap the number of siblings they have, and keeping the genders of those siblings too. so these are 2 of applejacks 3 sisters (both older)
