What if in the brief time Collins and Robby dated, he made a great impression on her family. Like she would video call her mom everyday cause it was the pandemic. Robby’s brief hellos in the back turned into whole conversations, sharing stories to get their minds off of the current events. Collins is almost more annoyed at Robby after they break up cause her mom won’t stop asking about that “nice doctor you work with who was sweet on you.”

Thinking of EllisMohan... Play along with me folks... I'm just dumping my thoughts here...
Mohan and Ellis. Ex-lovers. Mohan and Ellis, who understood each other to such a degree, that they feel they might know each other less, if they talked to each other more. Mohan and Ellis, who try to keep it hidden, as if nothing transpired between them. As if they didn't spend entire afternoons comfortable in each other's arms, unwilling to separate from each other, and from their bed; although that seems like it was a lifetime ago. Mohan and Ellis, who now stare longingly at each other and now steal glances at each other, without the other even realising.
Mohan, who looks at Ellis with such longing and such lust that she has to look away, for god forbid anyone should see her feelings on her face. Ellis, who sometimes cannot bring herself to look away from Mohan, with her luscious locks falling on her face, until Shen gives her a pointed glare.
Mohan, who was adamant once, to not take any help from Ellis after slicing her thumb from the scalpel after a procedure; Ellis, who had to hold her firm and tend to wound to stop the bleeding. Instead, the blood flowed all the way to Mohan's face, and she bowed her head to hide the blush adorning her cheeks. Ellis found that amusing, until it wasn't. Until it was time to let go of Mohan, or Mohan's thumb, she wasn't sure. They stayed still for a few seconds, absorbing the warmth radiating from each other, and both of them agonized, in their minds, about how difficult it seemed to just, let go. Then Mohan tugged at her hand, and slipped away from Ellis.
Mohan and Ellis, who could have been so much more. Mohan and Ellis, who let the complexities and perplexities of life come in between them, a storm which slowly but gradually ripped them apart. It all got too much, too soon, and then all there was left were just unsaid words, words that they kept to themselves, because there was no point in saying it out loud to the other person. They just wouldn't get it. So be it.
Ellis, who sometimes will gently ask Mohan to leave, to go home, because her hours are over, and she's tired, but will say no more than that, because she knows of Mohan and her stubbornness, a gentle sort of stubbornness. Mohan, who relents only after Ellis asks her to go home, and on her walk home, thinks of those kind eyes; in which she would get lost once upon a time, of her firm arms, in which she would find peace like she's never found before, and a lot more things that she should not think about, now.
As they go to bed, both of them mull on it for a while, whether things would've been different if they had just...talked. If they'd done this, if they'd done that.
Then they go to sleep, for there's a 7 am shift, hoping to see each other somehow, perhaps at the door of the ER, if only for a moment.

Please help and donate, contribute to the campaign !!
My kind friends, It’s been more than two months since the crossings were completely closed, and not a single grain of wheat has come through. Prices are unbearable, a bag of flour now exceeds $300, and a kilo of sugar, oil, or vegetables costs over $30, while we have no income, no resources, nothing.
To make things worse, the donations we relied on have almost stopped. Days pass with no support, and sometimes we receive just a few dollars… not enough to buy a loaf of bread. 💔
Today, our only meal was a small plate of vegetable salad and dry bread, not enough for four people and a baby growing inside his mother’s womb.
But the moment that broke me… was when my little boy looked at me with tearful eyes, asking for something else to eat because he doesn’t like the salad. Then he began to cry. He doesn’t understand that we barely managed to get even this tiny amount of food, And me? I could only hide my tears, trying to smile at him while my heart silently collapsed, convincing him to eat because we have nothing else. 🥹

My dear friends, we are on the edge of famine. I’m not asking for much, just enough to feed my child and my family, so we can go to sleep without hunger, and live through one more day. 😓

Please, don’t leave us alone. Any support, any extended hand, could save lives here. 🙏🫂

There should be a new joke on The Pitt where the hospital's morgue attendant fucks with the new doctors (individually, they corner the New People one by one throughout the shift as a rite of passage) by telling them a patient was murdered and the crime will remain unsolved without their help.
Whitaker and Mel fall for it with ZERO second thoughts and immediately panic over having to catch a murderer with this off-putting pathologist. Trinity ALMOST doesn't fall for it, going "you'd tell the cops, not me" until the pathologist says, very gravely, "I have reason to believe I can't trust the police" and then she locks the fuck in. Javadi waffles hard for a few seconds, before saying, "I don't believe you!" and then scuttles off to ask Dr. McKay or Dr. Robby if the pathologist likes to prank med students.
Mohan did not fall for it when she started, but says nothing to warn new people because she knows it makes the pathologist and their assistant both laugh. Langdon had the exact experience Trinity had. Beat for beat. Didn't fall for it until he thought there was A Conspiracy. Garcia refuses to admit that she fell for it but she absolutely did. McKay did not fall for it, but thought it was the funniest thing on Earth. Collins only fell for it because McKay was standing there going "this is for real, Collins, this looks like poison" and she started to genuinely Freak Out for a few seconds.
Dana and Kiara have never been subjected to this prank, as it would have been a waste of time to do so. "Shut up Dr. Brandywine" and "I'm sure the police would love to hear about any real murders you uncover, Doctor" would be their respective answers. Robby and Abbot were each subjected to it in the first month following said pathologist's hiring and both fell for it at least a little. Like Abbot probably hesitated and went, "are you serious? If you're serious we need to call the police, unless you think we shouldn't fucking do that for some reason?" and Robby was ready to believe it until there was any suggestion of not calling the police, and then concluded he was being screwed with.
Gloria has been subjected to this prank so many times that, the one time a patient was ACTUALLY murdered, she didn't believe it until she was testifying at the trial.

cannot code for the life of me but can comprehend complex social scenarios and arguments that my peers simply are unable to understand
bad at math but I'll just begin reading a philosophy book for fun
so many people just exist like this who needlessly blame themselves and call themselves stupid when it's like... no one can be good at everything
we were not born to be geniuses we were born to eat yummy food, live by the river and tell each other fun stories anyway
i’m obsessed with how every single person can be stupid in their own special way and infinitely smart in another. simultaneously
