Spent the weekend by the coast with some close friends to take a bit of a break from the city life. More and more I’ve become to appreciate these times away, to step back to reflect and appreciate what you’ve got. I just loved the simplicity of calling your local fisherman at ‘hut 7’ to reserve you some freshly caught fish. As he said, anything fresher, is still swimming. 🇮🇹 the famous towers of the Tuscan town, San Gimignano. Between the 11th - 13th century, the noble families and wealthy merchants who controlled the town, built many fortified tower houses (probably 72) as symbols of their success and power. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage site with many of these towers still standing in this small town. Sadly we tourists have overrun the town, but it still looks decadent from a far! I popped down to the Tate to experience the multi-sensory art installations by Danish-Icelandic artist, Olafur Eliasson. From a 39 metre room where you can barely see your hand visible amongst the fog, to the kaleidoscopic tunnel you can walk through, to visualising your multicolour shadow. It’s a playful exhibition exploring natural phenomena, reflections and shadows in attempt to morph the way we interact and see the world around us. At the end of the exhibition you can explore how Eliasson develops his ideas and brings issues such as climate change, energy and migration to life. It’s worth checking out! 🇬🇧 a few weekends ago, I was involved with the production & content creation of a charity festival called Soulstice. I am proud to say we raised more than our inaugural year for our chosen charities RNLI & Young Minds! With over 70gb of content captured over 24 hours, I’ve got a lot of editing to be cracking on with, but for now here’s a sneak peak of the sweeping fogs over the surrounding hills at sunrise 🤙🏽 ... I wonder will there be a chapter 3 Soulstice? 🤐🧐 https://www.instagram.com/p/B2hQPqdHLld/?igshid=1wqrukhbqm3o7

🇯🇵 Finally managed to get on the bike and then spend majority of the time in rush hour traffic. I just wished I was back riding along the empty, sweeping bends of Japan. This was taken en route to the Izu Skyline, nobody in the roads and a lot of tarmac to cover...all within the legal speed limits, of course Mum. This trip wouldn’t have been possible without the awesome support of @rental819 - if you are ever in Japan and in need of 2 wheels 🤙🏽 (at Izu-shi, Shizuoka, Japan) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2UblElHmYk/?igshid=1ofkf9z1o2c8g

🇮🇹 Golden hour breaking through the a quintessentially Tuscan cyprus trees. Word on the grapevine, the Italian government will pay local land owners to plant and maintain the trees... it’s what the tourists want apparently. Beautiful as they are, it’s a shame tourism drives the aesthetics of the landscape. (at Sarteano) https://www.instagram.com/p/B0WO-f2nTIs/?igshid=1hov0ordjvws4

Hello Instagram, I’ve recently teamed up with @HUMENorg as their Experience & Events lead for the screening of their film series. Their films feature over 30 men from all walks of life. Exploring their ups and downs through various lenses – fear, hope, courage, loneliness and adequacy. Ultimately, looking at what it means to be a human. ———————————————————— But what is HUMEN? HUMEN is a mental health charity who are trying to change the face of what it means to be a man. We are building a movement to improve and maintain men’s mental health through The HUMEN Space: the Gym for the Mind. An anonymous and non-clinical safe space for men to talk, listen and connect. The HUMEN Space is practical, preventative and plain speaking. No lingo or prescriptive advice. One hour sessions where men get together to talk honestly in a confidential space without risk of judgement or ridicule. Every Monday 6:30 PM, 15 Bateman St, Soho, London W1D 3AQ (Nearest tube stations are Tottenham Court Rd and Leicester Sq). ———————————————————— But for now here is - 20 Men 1 Question We asked 20 men 1 question. They all found it difficult to answer… #mentalhealth #mensmentalhealth #HUMENorg #wearehumen (at Soho) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz55w7mnwMM/?igshid=1ug6tvvtnwdcx

🇮🇹 the infamous rolling hills of Tuscany, graced for miles with newly baled hay and just one lonely tree. Not too sure why it’s been left there - maybe the farmer thought it offered his field a bit of je ne sais quoi? Who knows. I guess we shall never know. 🇮🇹 With my partly Italian family, Italy has always been close to our hearts. I feel lucky I get to visit these landscapes every year, accompanied by good food, good wine and good company. Every year it still manages to take my breath away 🥰😍 (at Tuscany) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bzn0qPFnvWT/?igshid=193rds9ytq5pb

🇯🇵’Candidly’ snapped while exploring the mesmerising Fishimi Imari Taisha shrine. This was taken at the head of the shrine, typically chaotic and crowded full of muppets like me trying to get their photos. But there is a hidden trail which lets you climb the mountain in peace and descend through the 2.5 miles worth of shrines back down to the head... it was worth it, even in the rain and the signs cautioning us of the wild boar 🐗 (at Kyoto, Japan) https://www.instagram.com/p/By5lebcnogm/?igshid=w07tbrjqxwsd
