contains 3 separate apartment units! i got the idea of doing an apartment complex from the awesome @catsaar​

lock the doors of the unit you want for your household only, and then post an advertisement for roommates to get sims to live in the other units

the gallery thumbnail is astonishingly hideous (it’s a sad, dark willow creek lot) but i swear it looks good in-game on the proper lot. also looks quite nice on the ‘Hedgehog and Hare’ lot (cafe) in Windenburg

Extended Physique Sliders — for your  t h i c c  sims!

Extended physique sliders for more muscle/fat is nothing new to the sims modding community, but somehow this incredibly simple type of mod is always the least likely to be updated to the newest patch, so here is my version of it (with 4 flavors) updated to the latest patch released 31st of July (patch version 1.45.62.1020). Also disclaimer: flavors past 1.5x might look a bit disproportionate, but to each their own! Make your sims as t h i c c as you desire!

Hello! Today I have this top that I found a similar one on Pinterest and fell in absolute love with and needed in the game. This is a big puffy sleeve top with a mock turtleneck and mesh sleeves. Thought it was time to bring back some clothing cc for ya, it’s been a hot minute since the last piece of clothing!
