Ushas story is insane if you listen to actual details

Her husband died 75 years ago and she's like 100 years old which means he died when she was about 25 when he died

She has six kids (meaning she probably started having kids between like 17-20 depending on how far apart they're spaced)

She immigrated to America

She was a widowed 25 year old with 6 kids in the 1950ish who moved to a foreign country (we don't have an exact time on her immigration)

No wonder she felt like she had to be so ridged and independent it was the only way she could survive and try and keep her culture for her children

As someone who has worked a shitty job, this table has absolutely nailed the chaotic camaraderie of a random assortment of people who have nothing in common except being stuck in a space together all the time

The insane nostalgia of trying to escape awkward conversations and crushing on the coworker who you absolutely should not like all while shouting what you want from Walgreens to a coworker walking out the door is not a feeling I was expecting to miss but alas. Here we are

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this yet but... Jace, while still alive, is probably going to jail, which leaves Aguefort without a Sorcery teacher for next September.

the bad kids driving hc’s:

fabian: does not believe in having a license (he does not need a license to drive the hangman cuz he's not actually driving, the hangman is)

kristen: cannot drive. tracker tried to teach her how and she had it for a while but has taken the driver's test 6 times and failed everytime. public transport lover

adaine: jawbone taught her to drive and she has her license. all around pretty good driver but she drives exactly the speed limit so she's awful to be around on the road. also a public transport lover

gorgug: cannon driver of the friend group. gives so many rides. poor dude can't get his friends to stop leaving stuff in his van

fig: drives but fully does not have a license. she is wanted in several territories for this fact

riz: cannonically can drive with adaptive equipment. how legal is that? about as legal as being an (un)liscensed investigator.
