Please read and support this project in memory of Esther, one of Bullseye's contributors. Good luck to Esther's friends with the zine, we wish it every success and thank you for organizing it.

Outback Project zine wants to be a memory, a tribute, an act.
A memory, to never forget someone that left us too soon. A tribute, to the art that was given to us from Esther’s creative spirit, An act, an help given to those who need it, in the name of someone that gave so much to us.
But to do all this, we need your help!
Outback Project zine is looking for artists that wish to contribute with their own piece inspired by Esther’s creation, the webcomic Outback Project.
Both drawn and written works are welcome. Whether you’re a professional or an amateur, it’s not crucial. What matters is the love we all feel, and the need to always keep Esther in our hearts.
If you also feel like us, then do not hesitate! You can find the form to submit on this website.

E per fare tutto questo, abbiamo bisogno di voi!
Outback Project zine è alla ricerca di artisti che desiderano contribuire alla sua realizzazione, con un pezzo ispirato all’opera di Esther, il fumetto Outback Project.

Any updates on Lynn at all? I still haven't gotten the book, or thought of any way to ensure legal repercussions happen.
So this will be my last update. I don't think she will ever send the rest of the books probably out of spite at this point. I have a firm belief she spent the shipping money or gave it to her mother and surprise she never put the money back. It's also to late for refunds from most payment methods. I can not represent everyone in small claims court. The law doesn't allow it. I would have to file a civil suit and get a lawyer, which is far past the funds I have for this. I know I have said this in another post the best course it report it as a scam to the appropriate governmental agencies and hope they have a strong enough case to take action.
This has been a long road, but we have no where else to go from here. I don't think she learned anything from this. Somewhere in the world she thinks what she did was right. She stole everyone's money and I don't think she lost any sleep over it.
If people want to keep messaging the email and the blog, power to them. From what I understand though no one has heard from her in months.
Good luck to you all. If at least she didn't learn anything I think we all did.

to anyone that got the bullseye fanzine
Sooo i know it’s been a while, I don’t check the mchanzo tag but has anyone actually decided to keep the fanzine instead of getting a refund? Just wondering how the fanzine turned out if anyone by any chance got it delivered :D

Do any of our followers have any feedback for this person? Have many of you opened disputes with PayPal, or would many of you considering doing so anyway as they suggest?

Hey guys, I received my zine on December 19 of 2017, with all the extras I order except the cancelled lanyard. I hope that helps a bit, good luck!
Thank you.
From what I’ve seen that was the last batch to go out and many are still missing.

Do you know anyone, content creators in particular, who didn't recieve their zine but wants one? I have a paperback one, no extras, that I'd love to mail to someone, free of charge. This whole thing kinda dulled my enthusiasm for the fandom, and I'd love for it to go to someone who would appreciate it more.
Hello! i would ask the contributors blog. https://mchanzinecontributors.tumblr.com/
the contributors for the zine created that blog after fiasco in November

Hi i ordered the Bullseye back in june of last yesr and i am still waiting for it i live in the US could you explain why it hasn't arrived?
Hello relic.
Sadly this blog and it’s operators are not responsible for shipping out the zines. Simply but the owner of mchanzo.tumblr.com is responsible for shipping them out. As of right now i haven’t seen her send out any this year.
At this point i’m afraid she spent the shipping money and no longer has the means to send out the rest of the zines. Any attempts to email her about the issue have failed. i’m sorry this wasn’t more help. We are also waiting for our zines which i’m afraid will never come.

Quick Note
We previously requested that all US residents affected by the Bullseye Zine report it to the Federal Trade Commission via this link, following these instructions (with other instructions for UK buyers here), and that the more who report, the better.
We would like to add, however, that if you hear back from the Federal Trade Commission on progress of the case, please let us know. We will still continue doing whatever we can do, but we would like to keep apprised of the situation in the meantime.

Hi, PDF copy buyer here. Since e-copies technically don't have printing and mailing costs, does it mean that the money collected for them will be used for refunds or (yikes) whatever misuse started fiasco? Refunds on physical products will cause an overall loss.. Is that loss being covered by PDF buyers??? It's been bugging me because since e-copies have the lowest production cost, they should be the HIGHEST gain for charities and now it looks like they're used to fill gaps instead :-/
We do not know what is covering the losses as Lynn has never given anyone access to the PayPal nor shown anyone the statements. I would imagine not, as the account already took heavy losses by Lynn herself. The sales of the PDF copies, like the physical copies, have most likely gone toward her charms and whatever else the missing money was used to purchase. My theory as to why people have stopped receiving their copies is that there is no money left to ship them.

Hello there I saw your post about UK buyers. How do I go about getting a refund?
Log in to your PayPal and there should be an option somewhere to open a dispute. I’m not sure where exactly, sorry.

Advice for UK customers
Hello all. The link that we previously provided for reporting Lynn’s actions was for US residents, and a helpful follower has sent us some information for UK customers who are stuck trying to figure out what to do.
We have been informed that according to UK laws, if you did not receive your order within 30 days, then you are entitled to a full refund on product and shipping. If you have your copy, but you received it AFTER 30 days, you are also entitled to a full refund. If you contact PayPal with your issue, they are legally obliged to follow UK laws, and even if Lynn has left no money in the Zine’s PayPal account, PayPal will still refund you, leaving that account in arrears. PayPal themselves can then take their own action against Lynn to restore the balance on that account.
We hope this proves helpful to UK customers, and if followers in any other area of the world have information they would like us to give that might help customers in those areas, feel free to let us know.

Could you give more info on how we should fill out the scam report? Which subcategory and the scammer related information we should include in the report
This option would be best I think.Internet Services, Online Shopping, or Computers -> Online Shopping

Hi, I'm just putting my story here BC I know others are probably suffering with this too. I was one of the first people to order the zine, I spent almost 70$ on it (paper zine, all the bundles, ft the disappointment from lose of lanyard that was cancelled). I've tried my best to be patient with Lynn, give her the benefit of the doubt, didn't ask for a refund ect. I have just about had it. It is almost May and these were supposed to be out in October? I don't know what to do expect be patient nnn
At this point I think it’s safe to assume you won’t receive it. The contributors also did not receive their copies. If it is still possible for you to open a dispute with PayPal, I would suggest you do that to get your money back. If not and you are a US resident, follow this link too. Even if you do seek your refund I would suggest that link for as many people as can fill it out; the more people we have reporting, the more likely we are to get a result from it. It really is a pity that it’s come to this.

I tried emailing the blog gmail but it bounced back as a nonexistent message. It is now too far to dispute for Paypal which sucks. I know life happens and I was willing to wait but this is ridiculous. I messaged through tictail several times and never got a response.
It seems Lynn is making it even harder for customers to contact her now. While it might not get your money back, in cases like these it is a good idea to report it to the federal government as a scam via this link. I would suggest as many US residents as possible who are affected do this, as it is currently our best bet at taking action.

Update April 7th
Hello everyone it has been awhile since an update and I apologize. Here’s what’s going on.
1. Bad News: I talked to a court adviser. She basically said she doesn’t think small claims is a good idea for this case. In order for the to work the artist and or writers would have to file on their own. I can not represent the entire team of people who worked on the zine. Civil is an option but it would require hiring a lawyer and ultimately cost more money than the $1800 unaccounted for.
Someone has suggested donations of money for court cost and I’m going to stop that right there. I’m not comfortable with that. People have already had their money taken by Lynn and I don’t want to take more money for something that may not even be possible.
2. Good News: The court adviser suggested we report it the federal government as a scam. Since the money has been used for other purposes than advertised, donating to charity, and since not everyone has received their order or the order has has missing items. Here is link to make a complaint of you so wish. We’re also looking into other options.
3. We Need your Help! Please let us know when and if you get your zine! Whether it be PDF or the Hard Copy. This will help us track what’s going on. It’s been months since her last update and her latest excuse and we’re trying to see where everything is at. Please let us know around the time you received your zine.
4. Lanyards. for those who don’t know. If you ordered the complete pack you will not get your lanyard. They were never ordered by Lynn. But the artist who made the design is selling them with the help of Mchanzo for Hearts. They donations are still going to the same charities so if you interested click here.
That’s all for the update
