Romancing Stargate - Feb 14-28, 2025

We celebrate love in all its forms in Stargate in the month of February! There's something for everyone!

February 14-28 is the posting dates for whatever works you have -- fic, art, poetry, pod fic, temple dancing -- to share with everyone. No sign ups, no commitment -- only sharing the love.

The rules are pretty lax and if you think your work fits, go for it. We love to celebrate Stargate. No length requirements, all formats, no sign-up... as low pressure as it gets.

Summary: Unexpected plot twists, John Sheppard's hair, and other things that annoy Rodney McKay.

Reccer's Notes: In this one the happy ending is hard-earned, as Rodney and John's mutual attraction, and John's tendency to get beaten up, result in Rodney and John furious with each other, and miserable, throughout the middle of the fic. But it's incredibly well written and finally, finally they get their heads out of their asses. Ronon is excellent in this, and Rodney's lists are the best. Candle_beck writes Rodney's POV so well - pining, oblivious, angry, stubborn, desperately worried, so goddamn smart but so often sticking his foot in his mouth out of love and fear. And the ending is truly happy with both of them delighted and joyfully in love, together, and with their team.��
