Its 11 pm and I haven't eaten anything today 🫶 I'm going to try to keep it this way, because tomorrow I'll have to eat two meals. Today was so easy bc I was busy with classes and all the workload for uni and tomorrow I'll have to study as well, but I'm pretty sure my wife is going to take us to some Cafe and I want to make her happy so if she wants us to eat together then I'll eat. I'll also have to make dinner (I have some leftovers from yesterday and I really don't want to throw food away) but it'll be low cal so I'm fine with that. I wish everyday was as easy as today. I just had coffee and diet coke and I feel so good.

Food log 12th November 2024
It was a successful day bc I ate around 400 calories. I was awake since very early in the morning and tbh it was difficult to resist hunger at times but I succeeded. I had one meal which was so good and filling - a bell pepper stuffed with groans, black beans and corn. Highly recommend! Use a lot of spices tho
Tomorrow I may do a fast bc I'll be home alone (my wife is working a late shift) but I'm not sure about it, I'm afraid I'll be feeling very weak and I have a lot to study so I better eat something small. What would you do if you were me?

Like
Feeling hungry? That's because you're a skinny bitch
Skipping dinner? That's because you're a skinny bitch
Having a diet soda while everyone else has burgers? Such skinny bitch behaviour
Skinny is a mindset
Fake it til you make it
Also saves me from getting super depressed about my body? Sometimes it feels like change just isn't happening and I get really bummed out and struggle to stay motivated.
But if I tell myself I'm already a skinny bitch I'm like
