So what if you’re alone right now. Embrace it. Go get coffee alone. Shop alone. Drive alone. Watch movies alone. Get to know yourself. Nothing bad can come from riding whatever wave to self improvement you’re blessed with in the moment.

Learn To Say
No, to people when you don’t feel like hanging out
No, to people who don’t deserve your time
No, to people that make you feel uncomfortable
No, to people that threaten your happiness
No, to people that don’t let you be yourself
No, to people that make you ashamed for what you like

Motivate yourself
We are capable of doing anything in this life time. Each human have the ability to be good and bad. What you choose to become matters at the end of the game. Good ends good and so the bad ends bad.
First choose your ability. I strongly recommend taking that good ability part of you.
Your heros also had rough days. But they pushed hard and moved on. If they can,why can't you. Once you push hard and move on then I assure you that you gonna be a hero for the next comers one day.
You can be doing any sort of work to achieve the goal but only one rule can make the success reached. That magical rule is called " FOCUS". You must be focused on that work. Focus is a different tool. Sitting long time with the book or infront of any work tool, doesn't mean that you are focused. Focused means giving the full potential of you to do that activity in the alloted time. Your focus must be as pure that even when you get distracted your brain must tell you go back to work and your soul must enjoy doing the work.
Every morning get up and tell yourself " I gonna rock this day. This day is in my control and I gonna do as I have planned".
Self confidence gives you all power to achieve anything you want.
