Sussexes Having Fun at Beyoncé Concert
Highlights: Sussexes loved up at Beyoncé concert in L.A., May 2025, we knew Meg would not miss a concert, she is a long-time mega Beyoncé fan going to at least one concert of every Beyonce tour for years.
It is confirmed Bey gave Sussexes extra security.
A VIP made a post that he didn't have pictures (he's a two time Grammy winning artist, most likely respected couples privacy, maybe he had pics but chose not to post them), he said Sussexes shared their burgers, fries and drinks with him, also he did not see Meg eat, maybe she ate before she came to the concert.
Meg is a big fan of Beyoncé the way some Sussex Squad are big fans of Meghan.
Meg and Harry had a Date Night with Meg's friend Tracey Robbins (Fashion Designer with her own clothing line) and Tracey's husband Brian Robbins (CEO of Paramount).
More pictures of Sussexes at Beyoncé concert on my Meg's Pinterest board: https://www.pinterest.com/LucidCreates/meg/meg-iii

Beyoncé featured a pic of the Sussexes on her LA concert recap, pic is near end of recap photo highlights. https://www.beyonce.com/tour?date=los-angeles-5-09
Concert most likely a wonderful Mother's Day fun outing and Date Night for Meghan who is a BeyHive Stan.

Meg's 'Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan' Podcast
Trailer March 25th, first episode April 8th, a Lemonada podcast.
https://lemonadamedia.com/show/confessions-of-a-female-founder-with-meghan
Scroll for my opinion on Meg's upcoming podcast and possible ways to listen to the podcast if one can not afford a Lemonada Media premium subscription.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Most likely podcast airs around same time her As Ever business begins selling products.
-
Meg is a smart business woman. She began by relaunching her business and other endeavors with what she is best in, similar to The Tig where she interviews people, The Tig focused on travel, fashion, food, music, etc…
Her first podcast was about the challenges women go through when people negatively perceive them and how to get through such Archetype labels.
Then her TV series, a visual representation of The Tig, beginning with food, and starting with jams and other delights, a true royal.
And now her next podcast, to support her company. TV series, podcast, everything support her business, a layered effect to remind people of her products, smart.
I believe she interviewed some of the people she had over and fed on her TV series…most of them are 'Founders'. TV series was doing double duty, people come over, she feeds them, she interviews them, and most likely other ideas she will showcase in the future. Very intelligent woman who plans ahead. This is my assumption.
-
Confession: If Lemonada is a paid subscription, I may not be able to listen to Meg's podcast because currently unable to afford any subscriptions.
Many years ago a cousin of mine sent me an invite link to Spotify, she's a music buff (back then Spotify began with only focusing on music, before podcasts were even a thing), I made an account when the site was completely free, but honestly I have never really used the site, until I listened to Meghan's Archetypes, because I already had a 'full' account, I was able to listen for free. Now on Lemonada, I looked up if one can listen to podcasts for free, there is a way, but will Meg's podcast be free?
I was able to watch her Netflix show because my Sis has a Netflix subscription and I told her about the show.
Will see about the new podcast. Will find a way, if can't, will see what Squaddies are saying.
I hope to one day be on Meg's podcast, if it has future seasons, since I recently started an Etsy shop (though not yet publishing the shop link until I add more products) and hope to one day officially start a business. I've read about entrepreneurship, took several courses, yet start up costs well, I am learning to start up with 'nothing' or very little initial funding. One step at a time.
-
Interesting: I first looked up Lemonada Media when it was announced Meghan signed a deal with them, since that time, their media company has greatly expanded, become even more diverse, raise millions of dollars in funds, and I noticed they have a Founder Friday highlight. This seems very much aligned with Meg's podcast about Founders. I think Meg will start with mostly Female Founders, but also will interview male Founders.
Meg will interview Founders and also learn from them, she has good mentors and will do well.
-

Takeaways from Meg's Show: With Love, Meghan
Keeping it simple. It was a nice relaxing show to watch. Meg tried many new things. I learned a lot, paused at times to look up some words, cooking styles, etc… Meg also tried a lot of new things or stuff she just learned. She is smart to focus on what she loves to do, her moving to Montecito and having a garden inspired her to jam and turn her ideas into a business. She goes by Meg, which is what I've called my Pinterest board, so we're on the same page. She's not that into coffee, me too Meg. She's living a home life I would have for myself if I had enough funds. Series was a nice wholesome show to watch.
-
Meg says there's a season 2, she said if you enjoyed season one, wait until you see what we cooked up in season 2. Seems like season 2 already made. I think there will be a season 3 & on-going.
Update: With Love, Meghan show: 16 episodes were filmed, eight shown for season 1, because first season did so well, second season announced, will air in the Fall.
-
I don't have a favorite episode, but I would say I learned a lot mostly from Chef Roy Choi with all the seasonings he put together for the dishes and sauces. Felt validated because I put a lot of different seasonings in my dishes.
I liked learning to cook potsticker dumplings, being half Chinese I feel I can truly get my Asian culture on with this recipe.
Really like Vicky Tsai's idea of only putting natural ingredients on the skin. This aligns with my ideas of caring for the skin. Many nature lovers say one should only put on the skin, head, feet, hands, what one would consume in the body. Wisdom.
Alice Waters wrapping lettuce in a towel, my opinion: maybe when she was growing up paper towels were not so readily available, instead use fresh towels to soak up water from washed lettuce, while keeping the shape of the lettuce, and covered so nothing goes on it until one is ready to eat. Smart, old fashioned, sustainable.
I like the way Meg includes the camera people and feeding them, that is reality. I always said if I were to do a reality show or any type of show in general, the camera people are there and I would include them when making decisions such as cooking and feeding people.
Maybe will veganize certain dishes using gluten-free ingredients and try them.
-
Additional:
Most likely before season 2 of With Love, Meghan airs, season 3 would be made, and after season 2 airs, season 4 made. Some series plan way in advance. There are some series that plan 5 seasons ahead before a show even begins.

Was offline Jan 1st, late Jan 2nd checked what the Sussexes were up to and saw pic of Harry & Archie surfing with friends, also Meghan dropped her cooking show trailer and Info. And she's back on Instagram. Mega info and changes for Sussex Squad enjoying their favs. I don't check Sussex Squad community for one day, and 'all of this' happens. Better late than 'way late' for my Pinterest post updates.
Speaking (writing) of way late, still slowly but surely posting Sussex international trips. At the pace I'm going, I may post them in two years, then will be backlogged for their future international trips.
My life will soon dramatically change for the better, and lots of time spent on these new changes, it's possible my Sussex posts will become few and far between.
Will post whenever I can.

Sussexes visited La Boquilla in Cartagena and toured San Basilio de Palenque."
"San Basilio de Palenque, Historical significance: It is the first town in the Americas that freed itself from slavery, founded by escaped African captives. In the early 1600's they opposed oppression and due to that, the Town of San Basilio represents the African emancipation from servitude in America until today."
"Benkos Biohó (late 16th century — 1621), also known as Domingo Biohó was a Mandinka and South American leader who escaped from the slave port of Cartagena with ten others and founded San Basilio de Palenque, then known as the 'village of the maroons', located in what is now Northern Colombia. In 1713 it became the first free village in the Americas by decree from the King of Spain, when he gave up sending his troops on futile missions to attack their fortified mountain hideaway."
-
"Benkos Biohó was born into a royal family in Guinea Bissau. He was of Mandinka origin."
Many educated, well-off, and royal Africans were kidnapped and enslaved. One of the many reasons why the enslaved in the Americas (and other areas of the world because Africans were kidnapped and enslaved / taken around the world)…one of the many reasons they become free…you can't enslave royalty and powerful people and expect them to remain a down-trodden trapped people. They find ways to free themselves.
I think many Africans in the Americas who were enslaved were the first stolen in order to destroy their people, when you kidnap the best of the bunch, it is easier to destroy the land, village, and areas…this is why as many Africans were enslaved, soon after hundreds if not thousands of villages in Africa were destroyed, so much history disappeared.

Meghan was moving those hips in the salsa capital of the world. Harry most likely learned some new moves to keep up with her.
-
"Cali, Colombia is known as the 'Salsa Capital of the World' because of its rich salsa music history, street parties, and dance. The city's salsa is characterized by a faster rhythm, different steps and techniques, and an accelerated beat. Cali also has the world's largest salsa record archive, the World Salsa Championship, and the World Salsa Festival.
Salsa is so ingrained in Cali's culture that you can hear the music in every restaurant, shop, and cab. The city has many salsa clubs and bars that are always full of dancers, and over 200 dance schools where you can learn the basics. Some say that Cali is a great place to learn salsa because it breaks down barriers of age, race, gender, and nationality, and people from many different backgrounds come together on the dance floor."
-
"A city full of rhythm
Cali is known by the rest of Colombia as the 'Rumba Capital' and by the world as the 'Salsa Capital', thanks to its characteristic street parties and dance."

Sussexes relaunch their official royal site and revamp Archewell.
Sussexes tie their Sussex.com senior royals site to Archewell. They also renamed the Archewell site link, and separated Archewell Foundation from Archewell Productions. The foundation goes from a .com site to .org and the Productions site is a .com site.
Sussexes are on their next wave of projects, which possibly may include being Senior Royals and working with the UK & other Royals in some capacity. In reality they never stopped helping the UK via charities. Wonder if Harry meeting with his father & asked if Sussexes can lend their positive star power had anything to do with the relaunch.
Makes me wonder if Meghan will relaunch The Tig site since she still owns that site name.

A New Year's Resolution
“Run a marathon. Stop biting my nails. Stop swearing. Re-learn French. These make my New Year’s resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year. The marathon hasn’t happened. The swearing comes in lulls triggered by being overworked or feeling mighty cheeky after a couple drinks. Then there’s the French – a language I studied through high school and then lost as I immersed myself in speaking Spanish with the Argentinians during my stint in Buenos Aires. I have put my little Rosetta Stone headset in my eager ears every year, resolving to do interviews en français, but much to my chagrin, it hasn’t stuck. And when it comes to the biting of the nails – well, it still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day. It’s unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit.
So here’s my question: what is the goal of a New Years resolution? I often find myself wallowing in disappointment when I set a goal I can’t achieve. Of measuring each day’s triumph or failure as a benchmark of how the year is going. And at 34 years old, I’m over that.
This year I resolve to not have a resolution. If I can’t run a marathon, that’s okay. (I’m getting older – my knees are bothering me.) If it takes me a couple more years to lock down that French tutor and nail the language j’adore oh so much, that’s cool too.
My nails will be fine, and if I toss out a four letter word once in a blue moon, well frankly I think it adds character.
For this new year, the only thing I aim to do is to approach life playfully. To laugh and enjoy, to keep my standards high but my level of self-acceptance higher.
My cast mate and friend, Gina, listened to me rattle on about my plans for the hiatus, bullet pointing the multitudinous events of my schedule and planned jaunts from one place to the next. She stopped me. ‘Meg, I will just say one thing. Make sure you leave room for magic.’
And that is my point. My New Year’s resolution is to leave room for magic. To make my plans, and be okay if they sometimes break. To set my goals, but to be open to change. To let the magic know that there is an open door policy with me in 2016 and that it is always welcome to join the party.
I invite you to do the same.
Have a beautiful, blissful, and incredibly magical 2016. So grateful to be with you on the ride.”

Champions Of Change
“When my grandparents decided to move the family from Ohio to California, my mom was about seven years old. A family of five, they packed up the car and took a road trip to Los Angeles. My grandfather told me this story when I was eleven years old. To me road trips were - “are we there yet?”s, the license plate game, the drive thrus for filler food (where McDonalds is less of a treat and more of the norm), photo ops by signs welcoming you from one state to the next, and stops at local restaurants to stretch your legs. “Things were different then,” my grandfather said.
“Meggie, on our road trip, when we went to Kentucky Fried Chicken, we had to go to the back for ‘coloreds.’ The kitchen staff handed me the chicken from the back door and we ate in the parking lot. That’s just what it was.”
That’s just what it was.
That story still haunts me. It reminds me of how young our country is. How far we’ve come and how far we still have to come. It makes me think of the countless black jokes people have shared in front of me, not realizing I am mixed. Unaware that I am the ethnically ambiguous fly on the wall. It makes me wonder what my parents experienced as a mixed race couple. It echoes the time my mom and I were leaving a concert at The Hollywood Bowl, and a woman called her the “N” word because she was taking too long to pull out of the parking spot. I remember how hot my skin felt. How it scorched the air around me.
To Martin Luther King Jr., to Harvey Milk, to Gloria Steinem and Cesar Chavez, to my mom and dad for choosing each other not for the “color of their skin but the content of their character“…to all of you champions of change: Thank you.”

Meghan’s Wedding Tiara and Her Almost Wearing the Spencer Tiara
Meghan at first was not offered any royal tiara, so the Spencers lent her the family heirloom tiara. Meghan had her veil match the tiara, hours spent on making the veil perfect, Harry even mentioned this in his book, Spare. At the last minute the Former Queen allowed Meghan to choose from a few royal tiaras from QEII’s private collection. Meghan picked the one she wore to her wedding, she did not refuse the Queen.
I would have liked to view her in the Spencer Tiara to see how the veil matched the tiara, for example the edges of Meghan’s veil mimicked the Spencer Tiara.
Whatever reason the tiara situation occurred, we can only guess, as Tyler Perry said, Meg is too classy to get into messy details. Also Harry is still suffering from Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to his family.
Since her wedding, Meghan did not wear any tiaras, again, who knows why. She was rarely allowed the royal jewels, once again, one can only speculate.
My personal opinion… envy? Jealousy? Not wanting a POC to wear the stolen colonized jewels raided from elsewhere?
Hey I am a member of the Commonwealth, I'll say what I feel like about the OverSeers and OverLords.
Yep, unlike Meghan, I sometimes can get messy, but never cruel, at least not towards Meghan.
Sadly as a member of the Commonwealth, my opinion on the royal family and colonial countries can go down in the gutter, at times. I can't make any promises to keep it all the way clean, especially knowing what 'they' did to my Jamaica, her people and her land.
Many thoughts in this post are my opinion.

Meg's Messy Bun
Recently Meg's hair bun style is making the rounds of sensational headlines due to many who copy her, particularly someone who cosplay Meg to a level where I am concerned for Meg's safety as well as the sanity and health of the copier. "Always imitated never duplicate." Meg's style inspires others. That's all I will say about that. When I sported long hair decades ago, I many times wore my hair in such a bun, never realized it was sometimes considered messy. Here's to being stylishly messy and messily stylish.

"I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I thought it would be fair." Meghan Markle regarding becoming a Princess, a Duchess, joining the Royal family, living a more public Senior Royal life.
My opinion: I knew it would not be fair, from the get go, but I really didn't think it would be this bad, the way she was publicly abused and the blatant, overt, in-your-face ism schism from all angles. It was terrible. It made me shocked and nearly cried because the hate was beyond understanding. I hope this media character assassination and straight up lies opened the eyes to many blinded by the propaganda. Hopefully more people are awake.
I'll be honest on how I feel, to me no royal, none, and those who marry into that family, are not without their own issues, but the level of hate towards Meghan…is exactly how 'they' view POCs, WOCs, foreigners, and yes, even the Commonwealth. Sad. With Meghan they did not hide or try to be polite about their hate. I truly feared for Meghan. And I am glad the Sussexes are away from the cray and can live a decent life.
My opinions of Meghan, the Sussexes, the Royals, the UK, and anyone and anything else are my own.
[POC = People of Color. WOC = Women of Color.]

I have massive respect and admiration for the #Squad & the #Susssexes, knowing of Harry since birth, of Meg since searching for black female celebs, spotted her with her Mum in a 2013 pic, seeing the hate piled on Meg, following the Squad since their installation. I do think different and express interesting takes on the Sussexes which sometimes don't go over well with both the Squad and even the derangers, & sometimes offend people with my blackish stance, even though I am mixed raced. I am a part of the Squad and yet still also an observer. I want the Sussexes safe, but also I do have my not so agreeable opinions of them. Overall I wish the Sussexes and the Squad well. My opinions about the Sussexes are my own.
