So I watched Heartstopper thinking I was only signing up for a wholesome queer love story, not realizing it would personally attack my entire sense of identity. It actually helped me unlock 30 years of unprocessed neurodivergence. Surprise!

Hi Tumblr! 👋 I’m a recently diagnosed 30-year-old autistic ADHDer woman (she/her), and I’m finally dipping my toes into actually being social on here instead of just lurking forever 🙈💬

Cue the late-diagnosis deep dive, emotional spirals, and finally meeting the real me — a soft, overstimulated, fanfic-loving goblin who’s been hiding under the mask this whole time. 🎉

And honestly? I wouldn’t have even gotten there without this pastel British show gently punching me in the soul! I am still navigating what it means for me and would love to talk about that journey. Diagnoses, self-discovery, burnout, special interests, everything ND-related!

Also a huge fanfiction lover and occasional writer, when my executive function plays nice (which means I have some unfinished work and read until 3am. No regrets).
