it is genuinely so wild to me how people will rant and write essays about how everything is sam's fault or that he's overreacting or that he should be centering the feelings of their white faves and then act like that's not completely racist and braindead. like??? you think bc you aren't using slurs or bringing up his race, that automatically means youre Not Racist and In The Right, Acutally?

im begging people to honestly take the time to examine why you feel the need to place all the responsibility and blame on sam specifically. why you arent advocating for him the way you do for bucky or bob or literally any other white character. what is it about him that makes you not favor him the way you do the others? and if that thought makes you uncomfortable or defensive, examine that too.
