It’s so hard to keep going sometimes.

I have bipolar disorder, so my energy is all over the place. There are days when I’m full of ideas and motivation, and then there are days where even picking up my pen feels like climbing a mountain.

It’s really demotivating. It makes me feel like I’m always behind, like I’ll never catch up with people who seem to create so effortlessly.

But I’m still here. Still trying. Even if it’s slow, even if it’s messy.

When past and present fall in love

David and Nora were never meant to meet — not at first.

David was created by a little girl. Nora by a young woman.

Same world. Same story.

Two characters born in different stages of my life, now brought together.

This illustration connects the child I was and the adult I’ve become — a love story woven through time, memory, and imagination.

🎨 When I color, I usually don’t follow any rules — I go purely on intuition.

But last week, my sister sent me a beautiful tutorial on background lighting and shadows 🌇 and I thought, “This time I’ll follow it step by step!”

Normally I just watch tutorials on loop, secretly hoping they’ll sink in without effort (spoiler: they don’t 😂). But this time I was determined! I followed every layer, color and opacity exactly as shown. And… it just didn’t work. Not for my style 😅

The shadows were too soft, the mood didn’t click. So I started tweaking, adjusting, adding bits here and there — until it felt mine. 🎨✨

📝 Today I learned something important:

A tutorial can guide your hand, but your style must lead the way 💫

And no, I’m not giving up on tutorials — I’ll keep trying more, and I’ll definitely reuse this one for another kind of scene 🌙💻

💻✨ Lately I’ve been giving 100% to everything I do — and wow, it’s been intense! I spent four days fighting with OBS just to get my little Twitch space ready 🎥🌈 (fingers crossed someone curious drops by!). I'm learning through tutorials, trying to post sweet little things here and there… which is super hard for someone like me — a shy, quiet person who’s never really clicked with social media 🫣💭

Even the way I recharge takes effort right now: I’ve been playing my favorite MMORPG (just bought a shiny new armor! 🛡️) and climbing ranks in my comfort MOBA 🎮💪

Meanwhile, I’m also working on a magical heroine comic rework that’s giving me a bit of a headache 🪄📚 and juggling between different PCs because of technical issues. I still haven’t finished my Vgen article, which frustrates me a lot 😓 but honestly… I’ve never been this efficient across so many projects at once.

I'm growing. And even with all the chaos — I feel it. 🌟 Let’s keep fighting for our dreams, one spell (or bugfix) at a time!
