My son wanted to be Mono the Baghead character from Little Nightmares for Halloween this year. All of the costumes we found were just crap, so I decided to do what mama does best... I crafted his costume and it was sturdy, lasted the entire night, he still has it. And it was a big hit with everyone we met.

I was 47 the first time I ever heard the word JUNETEENTH.
No one I know ever celebrated it before the Senate made it a holiday in 2021.
As far as I鈥檓 concerned, it鈥檚 just another made-up holiday.
Invented by the white democrats to make their vote slaves feel appreciated.
Every time you celebrate it, you鈥檙e acknowledging that they still own you.
Because they gave you another holiday rooted in the racism they need you to still believe in.
Just like with Black History Month.
Which always looks back at the tragedies of slavery and the civil rights movement.
But rarely focuses on the black history where black people made it on their own in a country that REPEATEDLY tells them they can鈥檛.
Because for Democrats, black history ended when they lost their slaves.
That鈥檚 why your kids grow up not knowing that good education is the key to American success.
And that鈥檚 why your kids grow up thinking America is still a racist country, even though its white people elected a black president TWICE.
Do better Black America.
Do your own thinking.
Create your own holidays.
Celebrate your victories, instead of wallowing in your victimhood.
