That Joker undressed Bruce himself and then dresses him up for the Dinner Party in Ep5.

The last time we see Bruce out of the Bat suit, before Joker electrocuted him unconscious, he’s wearing these clothes:

And then the next time we see Bruce out of the bat suit, he’s wearing this:

Even the pants are different!

And we know it was only Joker doing the undressing because of the note he leaves behind for Bruce.
