Why do interviewers and fans always ask the same question “will Elsa find love”? Every single time? To me it makes no sense.

Elsa is super-popular and single. These questions were there since the beginning of Frozen success. It's better to ignore them, even if they are quite annoying and repetitive.

I'm not the first to mention the parallels between Demencia and Miss Heed but I wanted to draw something for it (I don't remember if Dem becoming like a lizard and losing her memories for Black Hat is canon or if I just read it in a fanfiction but either way I agree)

As well as all the parallels I also think they're good foils of eachother? Miss Heed cares way too much what other people think of her, while Dem is completely unbothered by all her rejections from Black Hat

My best guess about Bee having one pair wings is being a reference to certain flys mimicking bees.

Personally, my favourite moments about Beelzebub design is when her color scheme goes full-yellow, with the lava lamp hair, tail and belly giving the impression that honey is passing through her body. It's a color palette that helps her design feel less "busy", armonizing the different elements of her body, and that clearly reflects the yellow of the Gluttony Ring like Asmodeus and Mammon's designs reflect Lust and Greed respectively. It's not a concidence that specific color palette appears when she is pushing hellhounds to indulge more in her sin and when she goes full-demon on Loona:

The Queen Bee of Gluttony herself, Queen Beelzebub!

Honestly, when I first saw her design, I was so surprised to see that she was a fox. I mean, she's the Lord of the Flies, right? Why is she a fox? Then her design grew on me, and now I can also talk about the demonology references, the biblical references, and the Divine Comedy references.

Why Beelzebub is a Fox

The first reason that she is a fox is bcuz Vivzie wanted to make a reference to her Die Young video, and to separate her from Hellhounds.

Then there's the lore reasons she's a fox!

In a lot of fables, foxes are tricksters, always cunning and using sweet talk to get what they want. And in so many of those fables, it's always to get food (looking at you, Aesop). Farmers also hated them because they come in and streal baby animals, like chicks and small baby lambs, to take away and eat. This has also made them seen as being greedy and, well, gluttonous. Beelzebub herself even mentions that Belphagor has to lock away her party drugs so Bee doesn't come in and steal them.

OH! Foxes are also tricksters, I've said that! But that also fits Bee so well! She says she's a honeybee, but bees have two sets of wings, while she only has one. And I think this is because of how flies are seen. Flies are seen as greedy, obnoxious, and really gross pests. They steal the food from others and will drink and eat anything. But honeybees are seen as hard workers who make delicious food. So, it's not that bad if she was to lean into being a Bee more than a Fly. Even if it's a little misleading, it's not harming anyone.

She also does somewhat trick the guests at her party. She starts Cotton Candy with, "I'm what you need," before switching to "I'm what you want, not what you need." She starts the song saying that gluttony is what they need, but then by the time she says it's what they want, they already believe it's what they need. It's like how the foxes in these fables always tell the truth after they've lied and got what they wanted.

Demon Aspects

She's Beelzebub! Lord of the Flies!

Before I do this, fun fact: while Beelzebub is mostly male in mythology, he was said to sometimes change his appearance to female to trick men into lusting after him (Gluttony and Lust were very tied together in The Lesser Key of Solomon). So, Bee being female isn't actually that out of the ordinary!

Alright, ik it seems difficult to compare this to her ultra fem furry design, but hear me out! Bee shares the same antenna as Beelzebub, and her ears are in the same shape as his abdomen (they're also shaped like Beehives). They also both have six limbs. That's pretty much it. But there's other stuff that relates her to him!

(Ik I said flies only have one set of wings and Biblical Bee has 2 and is a fly, but that's because he's the king of the flies. He's going to be extra)

Bee herself acts more like a fly than a bee. While she can conjure up food wherever she goes, she relies on the people in her parties and in her ring to work for her. She needs the guests to have a good time so she can "get high on all of this tasty energy," and while she advertises Beelzejuice and can probably make some herself, I don't think she's the sole provider of it. Ozzie makes sex toys, but he has an entire factory and workers to help him with it. I bet Bee has the same thing, but she doesn't help out with making it as much. She'd rather sit around and indulge in it than help out in making it. Like a fly stealing the hard-earned honey made by bees, which, in this case, would be the hellhounds.

Also, yeah, that. She's the Lord of the Flies, but she's a canine. I think it's because she's queen of the Hellhounds. Beelzebub being s fly matches his subjects, but Beelzebub being a Bee here in most fan designs wouldn't fit with her being their queen, especially since she's shown to be more involved in her subjects than the rest of the sins. So, think of the Hellhounds as the flies and her as their lord.

(Not me hating the fan designs, tho. I absolutely love Bee Beelzebub)

Also, wanna know why hellhounds are in the Gluttony ring? It's because Cerberus, the OG Hellhound, is in the Gluttony Ring in Dante's Inferno.

Circus Elements

Vivziepop herself stated that each sin represents a Circus Act and that Beelzebub is an animal tamer, which is why she has so many hoops that she flies through in her mansion.

Her being an animal tamer also makes sense away from her design and house. Many animal trainers train the animals using food or something else they want. Beelzebub doesn't train the Hellhounds to do anything, but she does use food and alcohol to attract them to her parties and watch her perform.

I also want to compare Beelzebub's design to stereotypical Animal Tamer costumes.

Beelzebub's fluffy shoulders remind me of the cuffs on stereotypical tamer costumes, snd the open chest and shorts is present in a lot of them as well. The crown present in her design is a reference to her being the Queen of Gluttony, but it could also be how tamers are now the "kings/queens" over the animals they tame, especially lions, since most she known for taming lions and lions are seen as the Kings of the Jungle.

Also, while most sins are animals, Beelzebub resembles an animal the most because of her specific act.

In recent Q&A, Viviene Medrano herself confirmed that Velvette is litteraly the brain of the group and the glue that keeps the Vees united despite Vox and Valentino chaotic personalities. (Minute 40:00 - 42:00)

Normally when someone claims they're the backbone of a gang I have my doubts but not with Velvette. I'm sure she's keeping their shit afloat.

It's more than simple irony: the entire point of 'Respectless' is that Velvette is pushing Carmilla's buttons to make her lose her composure and reveal what she knows about the dead angel.

She was gaining information but Carmilla wasn't realizing it until end of the song, when Velvette corners her.

Idk if this was intentional in Respectless;

But it's kind of ironic that Carmilla called the Vees "uninformed" when their influence is mostly through media (Vox = tv, Velvette = other social medias, Valentino = porn industry/adult films).

I agree 100%. It's also worth mentioning how she immediatly guessed they needed "Someone, pathetic, desperate, with no direct ties" to the Vees, which then led to Vox hiring Sir Pentious for the job. She was wachting her phone the whole time, but she listened to Vox and Val giving ideas.

Sincerly, a lack of any form of obsession towards someone distinguishes her considerably from Vox and Valentino. I hope we get to know her better in Season 2 because I think there's someting more about her we don't know yet.

I been wanting to speak about my character Analysis of Velvette for a long time so I might as well put it here.

Please note that this has spoilers for all of season 1 of Hazbin Hotel.

Since I first saw Velvette i thought it was very Interesting the change they took with her character.

In the pilot she is young energetic and gives chaos energy but in the final product we see that they changed Velvette to be overall more mature.

Velvette in Hazbin Hotel’s first episode is shown as a master of fashion, overbearing, and she knows what she is good at. Velvette in episode 3 is way more interesting.

While it is ironic that Velvette doesn’t actually even fight against the angels in episode 8 I think this says a lot about Velvette’s character. It’s easy to write her off as a coward after this but if you look deeper into it it’s slightly surprising.

It’s no surprise Velvette is great at observing and great at manipulating (assuming that because she is overlord of social media) it’s shown so clearly in episode 3. Velvette’s goal when attending the overlord meet was to gather information and see who had power. Velvette is easily able to see Carmilla killed the Angel and immediately tries to manipulate her and the other overlords to fight the angels.

The Vees were hoping Carmilla or Alastor would pick a fight with the Angels. In the last song of episode 8 Vox and Valentino sing about how because of the extermination they can now gain more control. Velvette also isn’t dumb she heard what Carmilla said about how picking a fight with the Angels is a death sentence and I think this is what surprised me the most.

After looking back at it more it made sense to me why Velvette actually took Carmilla’s advice. Velvette like I said before knows what she is good at she knows that if someone like Carmilla who has more power than her says fighting the Angels is a bad idea then it’s true. Even though Velvette comes across like she doesn’t care about what any of the overlords say but while she might not respect them she understands they have more power.

Velvette is soo interesting because while so many take her saying she is the backbone of the Vees as her having knowledge of social media it’s actually the fact she can observe so well.

Also something I found cool was even though Velvette didn’t speak all of episode 8 you can see she is clearly listening. It’s a great way of showing how Velvette spends more of her time observing before acting unlike Vox and Val who don’t fully think before they act.

I mean, making things for money doesn't necessary mean that it will be automatically bad if there are things to work on, and the Frozen 2 ending seriously left countless possibilities.

I don't think Anna and Elsa need a "dramatic" reunion, the ending implies they already see each other on friday nights for charade, so they can simply expand on how busy they are or how they worked together to strenghen the Arendelle & Northuldra alliance.

I usually don't care much for these kind of statements, most importantly so early in development, but this doesn't mean I don't trust the team and, most importantly, their care to better themselves after the big struggles in making F2, which is probably one of the reasons why they decided to split the story in two movie.

“Frozen 3's story will be amazing”

In an exclusive interview with The Direct, Frozen/ 2 yesterday, Dec 26 2023, producer Peter De Vecho has told us that the story that they're working on is going to be ”amazing”.

Peter has said:

“Look, we only do sequels if we believe there's enough story to tell. They're working on it, up in development, I'm focused on 'Wish'. But it is exciting what they're working on. I will say anything that you read about it in the public, we haven't said anything about it. So it's all conjecture, but I trust that it's going to be amazing."

Let's breakdown what all this means:

Given Peter De Vecho said he's currently working on Wish, I believe this interview was taken before Wish aired in Cinemas or during its production. So now that Wish is in Cinemas, Peter should be focused on Frozen 3.

This time instead of Jennifer Lee giving the subtle updates on Frozen 3 (and 4), now we have Peter De Vecho joining in, confirming his return as the producer of the films. So slowly as the production of Frozen 3 develops more people from the crew and cast will be giving us more updates on the film.

But as far as the reason for making Frozen 3 and 4 goes, and people saying it's just to make money, I don't believe that's the only reason. Yes I believe they are making money but that's what films do - make money. And with how Disney films are going now, not doing so well, they have to do all they can to climb back up and give us the Disney we know and love. But they are also making more movies for the story. I can't say this for other franchises but with Frozen's history, I believe it's for the story too. Frozen 2 was made because after Frozen we all were theorising and begging to know how Elsa got her powers in the first place learning that she was born with them. Frozen 2 gave us that answer and expanded the background of that a little more including more magical/ mythical beings. Yes I know it's a controversial movie mostly for its ending of the sisters separation. But after a few re-watches and reads of posts I understand the need for it then. But I still want the sisters to reunite permanently this time as do many, so perhaps the story finds a way of doing this. But we also wonder what this fifth spirit role means, what other things can Elsa do now, how Anna handles life as queen, etc.

Jennifer Lee has also said recently that Elsa won't have a LGBT love interest because she's not focusing too much on what the fans want but rather more on what the story tells, what is needed for Elsa, for the characters right now in this new situation they've been put under. And because the story being developed is big, it's going to split into two parts. So yeah it's for the story too.

So about Frozen 3, we have heard it's going to be mind blowing, “big” and “epic” from Jennifer Lee and “exciting” and “amazing” from Peter De Vecho. I don't think the first two movies have been hyped about as much as Frozen 3 has been so far. The best thing is we don't know what to expect. We don't know anything and nothing has been confirmed yet so anything can happen. Most of the two part movies have been doing well so yes I do have hope for Frozen 3 and 4.

Frozen 3 is expected to release in November 2025 if it follows the same year gap and released dates as the previous.

One of my headcanons was that little Kristoff lived in the same orphanage as Iduna, so it is nice knowing this book had the same idea. A nice connection between the two characters ...

Some Kristoff backstory from the Lost Legend: Fixer Upper

Kristoff was an orphan when he met the trolls. He lived in the same Orphanage as little Iduna. The other children treated him badly because he was not like the others (he might have been austistic, I suppose) and he began to run away from the Orphanage into the woods. There he befriended an ice harvester named Tor (the man we see him with in Frozen Heart). Tor made Kristoff his unofficial apprentice and gave him a lute. Kristoff met little Sven when they were both being chased by a pack of wolves, and they saved each other. Things got worse in the Orphanage because Kristoff brought Sven there, so he gladly joined the trolls who accepted him and his reindeer friend like they were. They spent four years in the Valley of the Living Rock, until Bulda insisted that Kristoff needs to come out to the humans, go to school and learn more about ice harvesting.

Frozen 3 & Frozen 4 core conflict might be something really cool

The first movie dealt with Elsa not being able to control her growing powers out of fear, most importantly after she struck Anna, which lead to their separation and isolation.

The second movie dealt instead with the past conflict between Arendelle and Northuldra, which enraged the Spirits and endargers the kingdom in the present, with Elsa having the responsability to solve the situation, followed by Anna who's afraid at the idea of losing everything she got in the 1st movie.

In both cases, it's a deeply personal situation, and in both cases it mantains the sisters and their relationship at the center.

And, most importantly, it's something that translates itself into a far more complex situation, where there isn't a matter of "Good Vs Evil" and Fear is the true villain of the story.

With a single story split into two movies, there could be the possibility to flesh out things even better than before, maybe facing the prespective of a war, or a cataclysm of some sort.

Surely it will be tricky to see where to lead the characters exactly, of course looking beyond what we know for sure by the F2 ending, between Elsa having found a purpose for her powers and looking after the Enchanted Forest, and Anna, now Queen of Arendelle, being finally engaged to Kristoff.

Considering they seem to be aiming at some sort of "final chapter" situation, and considering how personal things need to be for the protagonists, I would hope for some form of challenge by bringing back this treacherous piece of sh*t:
