[1] My first post on Tumblr Bai Dua Beach, Vung Tau – May 4th, 2025

This was one of the final days of my once-in-a-lifetime trip from Saigon to Vung Tau. I was just wandering around with my camera, not expecting much. The film I used was a roll of expired Fujicolor Superia 400 — I had no idea how the colors would turn out, or if the shots would even be usable.

I didn’t plan this photo. I just saw the light, the people, the sea, and something about that quiet chaos felt worth keeping. So I clicked.

No fancy setup, no second chances. Just a random moment frozen in time. And honestly … I didn’t think it would look this good. But it did. Way better than I imagined.

Sometimes, film surprises you in the best way.
