During December 2019, 29 cases of an unknown disease, categorized as Pneumonia, were reported. The universal challenges of vaccine accessibility, managing COVID case rates, supporting and assisting COVID deaths, have been the new normal for much of daily life. Rates are presented throughout this animated timeline from it’s beginnings in December of 2019 throughout August of 2021. Regional stats are separated and represented by colors. This is a review on the global COVID pandemic. Dedicated to all the frontline medical health professionals throughout the COVID pandemic. Heroes, stay safe.

Why is no one talking about what happened in São Paulo yesterday?
The sky turned completely black around three in the afternoon partly because of smoke coming from the Amazon rainforest, WHICH IS 2300 KILOMETERS AWAY FROM THE CITY, where the government has greatly increased the amount of land being burned for profit. People are getting sick, animals are dying, native territory is being lost to the flames.
This is what the sky looked like in my city yesterday, in the early afternoon.

It got so dark so fast the city had to turn on the lamp posts and night lighting.
Please talk about this. Reblog this post, non-brazilians especially.

I LIKE THINGS...
You don't need to know every Clue or Code to play and like the video game.
You don't need to memorize every line from the book you like.
You don't need to know every person playing a part in the movies you like.
You don't need to know a thing to start liking something.
A friend inspired post. It's okay to like, what I like. No expertise necessary. #psych2go #creative #simperingguy #help

Intention VS Impact
https://www.instagram.com/simperingguy/
Intention is all about perception. It's about intention, versus impact. Intention is complex, because people are complex. Just as there exists relationships built on trust, such connections rely on an mutual contribution. When there are masses of people that generalize a consensus of how things may be affecting them, and then those statistic are warped or in some way are untruthful, how do we assess what was the intention of making the change. Was it done to make situations for the better? The point in all this is how do we assess what is fraudulent and what is real? When news stories tell us what we want to hear. When politicians lead us to an expectation that was once promised, only to be radically changed. When we read statistics that do not measure with the realities of everyday life. Where is the truth?
I know what is real. It's art. It's a representation of something that does exist inn current time. That is, a life with ideas.
New art project in progress comparing a personal journey on nostalgic novelties and setting them in today's world setting.
“In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight...”
Nostalgia sure brings up what once could have been, what may be missed, and what lies in the roots of our being. The idea of camping has always been thrilling to me. I'm taking on a new creative challenge in documenting emotional moments that shaped up my view of the world as a child, progressively building as my age increased.Stay posted for updates.

The following was a response for an entry I had submitted to:
Design Entry for a Design Group in my Area ---> 2016 Published/Created Work
THE DESIGN PROBLEM & SOLUTION:
Domestic violence affect differently people of color and ethnicity than the majority Caucasian consensus. But at the same time, the affects are similar. The design problem was how does one create a visual that matches an intent that also follows an impact to this problem? This was my attempt. Further, where does sex education come from? Sex talk is excluded from many, growing up. There are so many things that teachers cannot talk about in classrooms to their students. Public health is crucial in understanding the realities in discussions and awareness. In the medical industry the talk about sexual education is cut and dry. Without understanding the dangerous of sex and then adding the issue of domestic violence, the push towards tabeoness creates a flux of stress and danger. This visual was made to combat that.
The design was made to highlight in a poster the keys issues impact groups that consider themselves a minority status. The object was to keep five key components in the execution. They were to be emotionally effective, memorable, the use of common and recognizable symbols, relatability and simplicity.
What are your thoughts?
---------------------------
What do I really think? Some people, including muself are too afraid to ask for help sometimes. And even when it’s offered they are cautious to it’s availability. But there needs to be a change to a larger problem, larger than ourselves in order to learn anything from being HUMAN. I’m working on another project that may be helped with collaborators. Wish me luck.

I'm only one drop in a sea of water. Funny how together, water can be so powerful. Spring is here on this side of the earth. On today's thoughts are: India's sanskrit, Australian dust storms, immigration policies and disagreements.

Work in progress. A concept to celebrate the game of CHESS. The game’s origin came specifically from Northern India, specifically derived from Muslims, in the 16th century. It is believed by some historians that it’s history is much richer, originating from China.
In this piece four of the main symbols of Chess are represented. I have yet to add the typography and still work with the border. But I’m liking the textures and style of this thus far.

“Eye of the Storm” Post March 9th 2017.
We can’t ever predict the future. Nor can we change the past. We only have the present. So much I would change in the past. So much I would arrange for the future. But little do I feel I have control for my present.
Why is that?
I should be in total control. We all should be. Would that make our world a better place? Would we think that life was better because we had the ability to do this?
Have you ever felt this way? Why do politicians feel they have the right to make changes that affect so many people, and yet, their words only mean so little in present time, when in the future, thier words cause so much change in action. The world keeps moving. The news keeps reporting what the world in running on. Yet our past has caused us to change so much, yet our future stays undetermined, and our present stands still. The eye of the storm.

Process. Un nuevo dibujo. This is inspired by sanskrit. It’s rough, but I like the concept. I wondered what Roman times were like in India. Thoughts are all working in brainstorming.
History and the origins of arts matter. Culture matters. I like to present this ideal in my work.
I add in details over layers. Just like my thoughts, the project gets more focused and clear as I trace lines over.

Mini Manifesto
What do I make? I make art. I make colors wish they were more vibrant than the one last used. I make my interns work hard, hard hard (or if I had any) until they reach their epiphany when, like Michaelangelo told his father, “I just painted a ceiling, upside down, on hard granite, and that makes me awesome.” I make a box to think outside of it to discover what it takes, to create a new technique in my process and to out-think old thoughts and collaborate on new ones. Because like Violet Bauldelaire says, “Their’s always something.” I’m a creativo. I make art. It makes me as I am. (Inspired by Taylor Mali)
