I'm curious if you have any thoughts about Breakdown as he's portrayed in WFC?

YES. YES I DO. AND I LOVE HIM.

He's actually one of my favourite versions of him, and used to be my #1 fav... Lore drop. One of my old sketchbooks is almost completely filled with sketches of just him.

I find him to be such an interesting version of Breakdown compared to all the rest. I have no idea what about G1 Breakdown made the WFC guys go "what if this guy was super vain and complained a lot and was super wild" but I love it. His design is also SO fun to me. It's so unique and I absolutely adore his eyes and the little slits underneath!!! Auuggh!!!!! I'm constantly sitting here checking TFW2005 for toy leaks because if they don't release a Gamer Edition Breakdown I'm going to be very sad.

The way his paranoia is written is so interesting to me? In G1 he avoids a lot because he doesn't want to be perceived as different or strange, thinking he'll be mocked, meanwhile in WFC he seems to express himself a lot and be super loud, but can't stand people judging him or not liking him still. Idk if this makes sense. I really like him...

Been checking on vinted becouse it sometimes has his figures just either expensive or destroyed. AND THERE WAS ONE GOOD! It's from Denmark so the package cost more that half the price but it doesn't matter.

I really love him with a more purple toned palette like in TFA. It really suits him and it looks really nice, but I'm not sure it'd really fit G1 unless he had extra details and decals like he does in G2 (I need to redesign his robot mode SO bad). I also really like him with a more dusty kind of palette. I donno. I love him.

First interaction was I suppose watching Transformers Prime as a kid, but I don't really remember it. I only cared about Bulkhead and Miko. Which is very ironic.

Oooh this is interesting!!! A lot of his paranoia comes from being perceived as alien and wrong, and he actually wants to be human, so I imagine, while he'd still be paranoid and anxious, it wouldn't be as bad, and he'd be more open to travelling, maybe? I think he'd really like libraries. He and Dead End would go chill in one of the study rooms they have just to be quiet but out of the house + so many books. He'd love to read on so many random subjects..

For food... Pumpkin spice tea is the first thing to come to mind. It's calming. It's chill. It's spooky. I can't imagine he'd be very trusting of a lot of food, so I'd like to think he grows his own vegetables. 😋

Favourite book I can't think of because I barely read any fiction other than fanfiction. I can't see him reading a lot of fiction either tbh. He watches movies and TV but can only read encyclopedias #autism

For music... I think he'd be super into 70s/80s punk music. Freakin Out by Death is his theme song in my brain. He also loves all the music his brothers listen to because it reminds him of them. Motörhead especially because Motormaster blasts it when they go on drives.

I looked at over 7 different shops and sites, looking for breakdown figures, and barely found any. I want something small and fair priced meanwhile I see stuff like this

Do u have any recommendations on where could I find one? Ebay doesn't work in Europe. Both Amazon and Allegro don't have anything.

Most of my figures are from eBay, and goodness do I apologise for that, BUT a former friend of mine had quite a bit of luck with AliExpress, but you gotta make sure returns are allowed and that the ratings are good for them...

All of my Legacy figures are from either Amazon or the Hasbro site, and the rest are from toy stores + my single insanely lucky day at a thrift store when I found a $5.99 toy bag in with the dollhouses I never look at.

The lad gets infantilized SOO much and he deserves so much better. I say he's never done anything wrong even though he 100% has and it is because I'm biased. Love him. I need to write a fic more centered on him but Breakdown has taken my brain over for 3 years now

Strangely did not have a lot for him. I lov him tho... His relationship with his brothers in my brain is so complex and idk how to describe it but he would break down (breakdown 🎉🎉🎉🎉) if he was apart from them too long, and worse than they would be. Guy who feels dead and emotionless gets horrid separation anxiety and feels horrendous

Motors.... I love him and it's your fault btw. I won't say he had wasted potential because with him being the leader and such, he gets quite a bit more spotlight and detail than his brothers, but he was still definitely done dirty...

I wouldn't want to meet him because I think he would run me over, however I imagine he likes Motörhead and if that was the last thing I ever heard I would not be disappointed

He's so overrated and he's so mean. Worst of all he doesn't like the Stunticons and was super controlling of the Combaticons. Only good thing he did was bring them back to life, but even that's questionable because they just suffered more 💔

I feel like there's just. Not a lot about him? Like he hates Megatron and is the leader of the seekers. Ok. Cool. Random mention that he used to be a scientist. Never brought up again. He pisses me off. I want to explode him with my brain. My favourite part of the 86 movie is when he turns to dust and is never brought up again throughout the whole movie
