-Born 5th of May, 1952 in San jose,California . Moved to Hurricane Utah the same time as Henry and Rose with William

-Met William in a small bar near the business school he went to.

-Hasn’t gone to college/uni and is unemployed

-She’s christian and very religious

-After Charlotte was killed, she knew for sure it was William who did it, she filed for a divorce as soon as she could. William was not happy about that, though he hated both Mary and Elizabeth, he still didn’t want them gone, he wanted to be in controll of them. When Mary was busy packing all her and Elizabeth’s stuff to leave, Will threw her down the stairs and stabbed her until she was dead. Her body was found 2 days later hidden in a few bushes behind Fredbear’s family diner

-Was always protective of Elizabeth, especially against William

-May or may not have a very bad “I can fix him” problem

-Her name is Rose Clark . (Personality type: ESFP-A)

-175cm (5’7)

-Born 3rd of July, 1955 in Austin,Texas. . She moved to San jose,California when she was 15 and went to an art school there where she met Henry(Who at the time was taking a few classes there along side his university classes) They got engaged in 1977, and after Henry graduated from uni they moved to Hurricane,Utah together.

-Considers herself a freelance artist though she has never worked a day in her life for anything except when she helped do all the paintings/murals and advertising for Fredbear’s family diner.

-Started smoking at 18 and is a heavy smoker.

-Owns 2 guns, a pistol and a shotgun. Henry is very cautious about making sure they’re in a safe spot and no one has access to them except her.

-Not an empathetic or caring person, though she really tries to be. Even as a kid, if someone she thought was important to her came up to her and started crying and telling her a heartbreaking story, she wouldn’t feel anything, or any sort of emotion. As she grew older she learnt that she has to show atleast some kind of emotion or else people would think she was rude and stay away from her. . She has dated a lot of people before, a lot of them for a very short time, in hopes of ‘maybe if I fall in love with someone I’ll actually care about them and won’t have to pretend’ but none of her previous relationships really worked out, she stayed with Henry because he was just nicer than anyone else and she could somewhat sympathize with him. But it was easy for her to just leave him out of the blue because she didn’t recognize how upset he’d be and if she did, she couldn’t bring herself to truly care, even though she did love him a lot (My first language isn’t english so sorry if this didn’t make a lot of sense..)

-Her hair is naturally straight but she always and I mean always curls it

-Sammy was kinda like her favorite child, only because he was quiet and never made a mess, unlike Charlotte who from the moment she learnt how to walk, was very energetic and made a lot of messes everywhere.

-Left Henry the night that Charlotte was killed because he got very emotional and just completely mentally destroyed and she thought he was “too much” to handle. (She stayed in a hotel for a couple days then went to live in her parents house back in Texas)

-The day of her 30th birthday, she decided to visit Henry, after 2 years of leaving him. He wouldn’t answer the door and his front door was open so she decided to walk in herself, after a couple times of calling his name she heard him scream, she went in the living room and found that he had stabbed himself. With the knife that was meant to be on the robot he had built to kill him, though before turning it on and finishing it, Rose had come by and he kind of just snapped after hearing her voice and did it himself without the robot thing.

-Mrs.Afton(Mary) was her closest friend for many years, they met in highschool after she moved to California.

-She got along very well with Afton.

-She was alright with Jen, but would never consider them friends though, just acquaintances who may or may not slightly hate eachother.

-Knew how to sew really well and made a few clothes for Charlotte and Sammy. One of which Henry went on to give to Ella after Charlotte died.

-Would only ever buy Henry Roses and/or Rose shaped chocolates for Valentines because she thought it was funny

afton caring about his children is a common misconception so allow me to clear it up

it's assumed in midnight motorist, we see a reckless and violent william afton return from killing charlie in the security puppet minigame. ah, and his interactions with his kids, seems like what normal parents would do. especially the ones that love you a lot.

hmmm, i wonder why a bully like michael would actually feel the need to protect cc from his father. well if you haven't got the picture yet, i got more.

ah yes, you know how your father just starts screaming at a child that probably is at most 10 years old. still don't get what i'm trying to say? here

i doubt any sane child would find a need to jump through a broken window. assuming again this being cc who is at most 10 years old. clearly, he feels like it makes sense for him to jump through a window but if that's not enough the next line when he sees this should explain it all.

he wants to make him "sorry." this is what michael wanted to prevent. this is why the child locked his door and was willing to jump out the window because anything beats being their father's treatment. this clearly shows (assuming this is the afton household) us that he has no problem making his own kids feel pain.

"why else would afton spend time and use the fredbear plush to guide his son?"

he was spying on his son. he is trying to make him scared of fredbear's. tell me, why else would william tell bite victim he saw something, that has been confirmed to be a misunderstanding. he is literally making him break down crying, and when he does, just says "ok cool, we can try again tomorrow". he isn't guiding him. he's making bite victim paranoid

for 5 days cc was crying but where was loving father william to check if cc was ok? i don't know, maybe doesn't prioritize his kids at all and was elsewhere.

let's not even forget that we don't see some kind of punishment to michael for you know murdering his brother, or having a bad group of friends, or any of his actions as a bully.

and at least michael has the decency to ask for forgiveness or say some last words to cc, william isn't even at his son's death bed (that text about putting him back together isn't william, it's someone else who sets up happiest day) the voice in question while in yellow is lighter signifying that it’s a higher voice. most likely a child’s.

"what about afton warning elizabeth to stay away from baby? that must mean he cares about her"

he did so in the novels too and there he outright says he viewed her death as a mere "accident" he wants to recreate, after having abused her for years. hell, even baby herself says william doesn't actually love her there.

he just doesn't want the legal trouble for himself.

he didn't put any real measures to actually protect elizabeth from the funtimes, and the security puppet minigame shows that this kind technology DID exist back then. after elizabeth dies and possesses circus baby, he doesn't do anything about it, and just lets her be tortured by technicians that he PAYS

and if the divorce mentioned in the retro cds is anything to go off of then william strong-armed elizabeth into lying against their own mother because of how attached she was to him

he's a control freak. he doesn't actually care about them. he just wants them to do what he says. we can even see that reflected in michael. mike does everything he says and is on his good side, but the moment he doesn't, he is rammimg his bone spear through his skull and making him hallucinate.

he sent him down into his underground rental facility full of homicidal killing machines, not concerned about his safety whatsoever.

tldr; love isn’t what he has for his children, it’s ownership. if he’s keeping them locked up, and tormenting them to keep them in line? then the issue here is one of abuse and control.
