So I have some news...

We are making a feature film to conclude the Heartstopper screen adaptation, based on Heartstopper Volume 6 and the ‘Nick and Charlie’ novella. We are getting to tell the end of the story!!! I’m deeply relieved and so excited about this new creative venture. I’ve written the script and we’re hard at work already. I know you’ll have a lot of questions, and I’ll be able to talk about it more very soon, but for now let’s CELEBRATE! Heartstopper is getting its ending!!!!!! 🍂

It was, actually! As far as I can remember - I think me, Patrick, and Andy had a chat about which song they should all be dancing to and one of us suggested an Olivia Rodrigo song, and then a cast member (I'm not sure who!) requested 'good 4 u'. So they were actually all dancing to that while we shot that moment, which doesn't usually happen (usually we have a stand-in bit of music on set and then we pick the actual song much later during the edit).

not sure how to feel about celebrities moving to tumblr... on one hand folks rejecting Elon’s tyranny and bolstering a platform that actually promotes democratization of speech is great.
