#dinner#gnocchi#beets#do not be ambitious when picking beets here. you need 1.5 cups of puree and that's IT#otherwise you will accidentally end up with a double batch and spend 2x as long rolling and cutting dough as you meant to#and have to freeze half anyway. ask me how i know
