Straightened and trimmed... If you take care of your hair it will grow! Everyone grows about a 1/4-1/2 of hair a month.. That is about 6inches of hair every year -- the real test is RETAINING length! For every twist and turn our curls make there is a possibility for breakage.. Best advice - keep your hair moisturized and try low manipulation styles 5 out of 7 days in the week.. If at all possible tuck your ends so there is no rubbing - if u must use tools b gentle! Decided today to straighten my hair.. Last blow out was March 2013 -- so here is what I've noticed! My front has finally decided that it wants to catch up to the back (thank goodness) I am about 4inches shy of my bra strap (no I didn't measure) so that is my new hair goal! No vitamins, no supplements! No special regimens! Jst taking care of my hair.. I had my stylist chop my ends to keep them healthy.
