I wanted to start this blog with a delicious recipe I found for Skillet Cornbread.It is moist and quick with melted cheese. This recipe only takes 15 minutes!

1 1/2 cups of cornmeal

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tbs. butter, melted
