My Noblesse OC. He is Zephyrus Volo, the best healer and the leader of his clan.

He’s usually silent and when his mouth is open he’s either saying something weird or making weird chewing noises. His wife Leona lovingly calls it ASMR. Maybe it is lol

I've been debating with myself lately whether I should publicly share some of my Noblesse fanarts that I made a few years ago, or keep them hidden like I always did. I have my personal reasons why I've been gatekeeping them. Haha

Anyway, here is one of the fanarts I managed to dig up from my old disorganized gallery.

Has any of you fellow Noblesse Fans listened to Epic: The Musical?

Let me rant for a while, because I have no one to talk to about this. Lol

I just finished listening to all sagas, and I am filled with so much inspiration and ideas to write for more Noblesse Fanfictions. Although, I sort of have this... crux for hating my works right after they were published, which hinders me from my progress of finishing my drafts. Hshshs

I even thought of going back to animation. Though I doubt my skills for that are still in the least of good. I haven't been practicing, which I am now regretting deeply. How inconvenient, and so much self-doubt. Aaaaa

Back to the subject at hand—while I was listening to some of the songs, I couldn't stop envisioning the characters as the ones from Noblesse.

Just a reminder: The chronological order of the following list of songs is not accurate and haven't been organized since I was writing this on the whim.

1. Legendary (The Wisdom Saga)

Sang by Telemachus (voiced by Miguel Veloso), the Prince of Ithaca, and the son of Odysseus and Penelope.

I envision Telemachus as Tesamu, Frankenstein's late disciple, if he was still alive. I mean, it was not explicitly stated in the manhwa that the boy was actually dead—it was assumed(?)—so there could be a room for some interpretations, no? This could be just one of my Noblesse Headcanons, so don't take this as an inaccurate assumption.

While listening to this song, I imagine Tesamu as an adult; one of the Union Elders, or just an anonymous affiliate. The song highlights about longing to be reunited with a distant relative who had left (in Tesamu's case: a mentor, whom I think we all know the name of), and a dream to become just like the person they idolized—like accomplishing the same achievements.

2. In Vain

One of the cut songs that was supposed to be sang by Poseidon (voiced by Steven Rodriguez), which was then replaced with Ruthlessness.

In this song, I envision Frankenstein venting in front of the nobles he abducted and imprisoned for experimentation purposes or solely for his own entertainment of tormenting them, before eventually killing them. Such as:

• How his achievements of inventing immortalization and human modifications only bore a rotten fruit; isolating him from his kin, and dehumanized for the studies he wrote and applied for himself. Books of scientific theories authored by him; abused by the people (damn Union) he thought he could trust, and used for their own greed instead of its actual purpose in which was to help humanity.

• The reason behind his initial deep loathing against the nobles. A revenge by hunting them just like how some of them has hunted his people by spreading plagues of vampires and mutants that desecrated his homeland.

This song suits Frankenstein's past almost too well before his redemption arc. Though it wasn't explicitly shown in the manhwa, but then again—this might as well be just one of my Noblesse Headcanons.

A hilarious thought separate to this though. Since this is about the God of the Sea's understandable rage, avenging his cyclopean son that was blinded by Odysseus—hear me out on this: What if Urokai's father was alive? Now you do the rest of the thinking on this part. Lol

3. Open Arms (The Troy Saga)

Sang by Polites (voiced by Steven Dookie) whom I envision as Tesamu, teaching Frankenstein about kindness and how to trust again—in which he was successful at it. Which then led to so many atrocities. It's sad if you think about it.

The Union using a child to manipulate Frankenstein. Aaaaa

4. Warrior of The Mind (The Troy Saga)

Not necessarily the entire part of the song.

The last part triggered another idea which is about Athena reminding Odysseus of his responsibility to keep his title afloat and to never go astray from it.

Duty... responsibility... title...

Does any of these words ring a bell to you?

As my Headcanon, I imagine Athena as one of Raizel's parents strictly reminding him of his duty as the Noblesse, which could be a reason why it seemed as though that he could not let go of the burden bestowed upon him by his ancestors, because he does not want to disappoint them further, just like with his father.

5. My Goodbye (The Cyclops Saga)

A peek of Raizel's past!

This is sang by Athena (voiced by Teagan Earley) the same with Warrior of The Mind. I envision her as Raizel's father reprimanding his son for showing even the slightest emotion or empathy. Knowing the responsibility the Noblesse carry, it was necessary to train him to show less feelings, and focus more on terminating those who violated the law.

This is when he developed his dissociative tendencies. My poor cinnamon roll...

The farewell message of this song could suggest that his father had gone to eternal sleep. Raizel's last memory of his father was his disappointment towards him for not maintaining his teachings to become the next heir of the title Noblesse.

6. Keep Your Friends Close (The Ocean Saga)

Sang by Aeolus whom is voiced by Kira Stone.

I imagine that during Frankenstein's first joining with the Union, someone from that accursed organization who was just planning to leave warned him about them to: always keep his guard up if he wishes to work with them; trust none of them even if they seem amicable at first.

And most importantly, since this song is about the Wind God Aeolus warning Odysseus to keep an eye of the wind bag tightly closed at all cost, teaching him that even the closest friends could not be trusted, and that sometimes killing is a must; in Frankenstein's case, he must have also been warned to always keep his data within his reach and away from the greedy, prying hands of the Union, in which we all know he failed at the end.

This part is when Frankenstein developed his trust issues. Haha...

In the shadows, it's plausible that whoever the person that warned him before leaving the Union probably has been assassinated afterwards. Oops.

7. Different Beast (The Thunder Saga)

A different blend of In Vain, but still almost the same. I imagine Frankenstein in this song taunting and mocking the nobles. Proving to them that humans are no longer weak against their abuse of power. Well, some...

8. Mutiny (The Thunder Saga)

A bit of perspective ambiguity here. This song highlights betrayal at its finest.

I'd like to imagine Frankenstein here realizing that the Union was never to be trusted, and whoever warned him about them was right.

Him trying to point out their mistakes for using his incomplete data to kill and farm for more experimental subjects in the name of power, and the Union retorting back by gaslighting him that it was his fault that his flawed theories was what caused the loss of so many lives—later labeling him as the "real" traitor of humanity after he left, deflecting the blame.

8. The Underworld (the title of the song itself is the name of the Saga)

Just a common occurrence to Frankenstein with Dark Spear's constant pestering on his abused mental state. Having his own personal hell or Underworld where he reigns as the King (lol) forged by his dark weapon. The souls that formed Dark Spear always reminding him of his past mistakes, and blaming him for their deaths. Sometimes adding more salt to the wound by shapeshifting as the people he had lost.

Ah... PTSD...

9. Done For (The Circe Saga)

Nope. Don't even think about mentioning the next song to this. We are NOT talking about that. LOL

Anyway, I imagine this song was when the Previous Lord of the nobles began to order his Central Knights to pursue and capture the infamous Noble Hunter, Frankenstein. And retrieve those who had been abducted by his hands.

This song highlights Frankenstein's other justifications for committing the atrocities he had done, i. e.: protecting the weak. In this case, he is referring to his kin.

10. Suffering (The Thunder Saga)

I am laughing while writing this one.

What if Sirens exist in the Noblesse manhwa? Hear me tf out on this. I know you're probably already tired reading until all the way here, but—shh. Shut up.

Sirens tend to shapeshift into someone you love when they prey on you and tempt you with their songs, correct?

In this scenario, I imagine that during one of Frankenstein's early travels to finding his Master after his disappearance, he encountered some of those creatures with one of them disguising as Raizel, tempting him to jump in the water.

However, Frankenstein was immune to the effects of their songs, probably using the same method as Odysseus': blocking his ears with beeswax to resist their voice. Instead, they just flirt each other. Frankenstein playing along with the Siren's attempt at manipulation.

I can imagine Gejutel and Ragar watching in the background in utter disbelief at such display of boldness that it almost appeared sacrilegious in their point of view. Even if the Noblesse look-alike was a mere mimicry. Haha

I also would love to think that Frankenstein proved his suspicions that the Siren was indeed an imposter when he asked for directions, because in actuality, Raizel is directionally challenged, but the Siren answered his question with absolute ease! LMAO

I will write the rest of some of the songs that I haven't included on this post and how I think they relate to the characters of Noblesse later on the next one.

Painting wip for school, not much symbolism in this one because I didn't plan anything out!! The side planes are windows kind of reflecting the past? the left sides not finished i fear,, castle in the bg -> looked too empty w/o anything.. The bird on the top is unfinished; its suppose to be raven repping in a way the traitors. This is likkee on his balcony from the ova, right before he leaves to fight muzaka (no i did not grab a reference💪)

Speaking of the traitors I really liked roctis’s character,, I wish the traitors had more screen time before the betrayal. Gradeus’s convo w Rayga was a nice flashback and pov with both of their characters. On an unrelated note I push jerked 70 pounds :3 olympic weightlifting is so fun when you’re not snatching
