Recently I've been rewatching old fnf mods I saw back then, I'm not in the fandom anymore, and most likely won't tune in into the community outside of older experiences.

The mod itself as well as both Opheebop songs ("Opheebop" and "Freedom!") caught my eye again, they're so good and unique I really enjoyed these more so because of how beautiful and nostalgic they are to me.

This inspired me to make this art piece for my favorite character of the mod because of how much joy it gives me (oh gee, I wonder who could that be by now).

Name: Mimikmew (Full Name: Mimikmew „Rebirthed“ exe. Nickname: Mimi)

Character Backstory: Mimikmew

Mimikmew stems from a colony of Mimikyus living in an abandoned supermarket in Kanto, after they were brought there via ship. While everyone else was still disguised as Pikachus, Mimikmew didn’t particularly enjoy it. Something about it didn’t feel like her. Especially with a genetic defect, that made her two main arms grow out of the top of her body. So she secretly tried a lot of other costumes or popular Pokémon, Eevee as an example. However, her endeavors fell flat. Even worse: the colony found out and were angry at the child for not sticking to tradition. So she was booted out and had to roam around the region, finding shelter in a ruin of a house. From there, she kept trying to solve her identity crisis, building and making new costumes, yet non of them fit her. One day, while she held watch over a injured zubat, two weird creatures appeared out of nowhere in front of the ruin. The big red scary one awakened the flame Mimikmew thought she lost. After the weird Pokemon disappeared and the zubat recovered, she created a costume she finally was happy with. A red Mew with black eyes. She had to use parts of her old Pikachu costume to complete the costume but the additional color fit perfectly. Not long after, the two Mews appeared again, seemingly about to leave through a portal they left close to the ruins and she nervously walked to them. To her astonishment, her idol reacted much greater than she expected, picking her up and while he was scary…she felt at home. This red Mew was the parent she needed. She and her now new Family stepped through a portal, to properly introduce her.

On her 8th birthday, she underwent a ritual, which made her sacrifice her life, to become more like her Father. It worked and she never felt more like herself. However, the future has plans with her and she doesn’t know how close she truly will be to her dad. Mimikmew live together with their adoptive father exe and her „uncle“ Blue J in a world devoid of any bullies and problems, where she can have the fun of her lifetime, playing and toying with the poor, defenseless humans inhabiting it.

Abilities under Cut

-mostly same as her dad‘s but to a lesser extent.

-Mimikyu curse still active

-can extend her arms to a comical amount (around 4 meters)

-able to summon an unknown amount of tentacles or additional arms from under her costume

-costume acts like a Mimikyu costume in Hit-taking capacities, but is a lot more durable

-costume is alive and acts like a 2nd body. You can look at either of her eyes, she doesn’t mind. Just don’t switch between them too much.

-the costume‘s mouth can breathe out the same sleep gas, that normally is used for self defense, as a weapon

-can shapeshifter but its never really seen how. Only known that its VERY limited. May explain the multiple arms and tentacles
