To me, ktr is someone who, the more I think out about, the more I adore him. He may be a silent protag but seeing how much of his thoughts we could see (esp in reload) and how we can uncover the way he acts through how his friends respond to him- it's very charming, unraveling his personality & seeing just how much of a goofball he can be, as much as how serious he can be.

The movies are a great depiction of his character growth in that context, but also other media like the drama CDs especially are amazing at seeing how much he loves & care for his friends and other SLs like bunkichi,mitsuko, maiko.

I love how he may seem nonchalant but he's 1 of the most caring ppl. Seeing in p5x too, how much he thinks of his friends and how much he trusts them is so cute. I also love his straightforwardness and how it ends up being comedic.

The tragedy of his character also draws me to him a lot. The fact that his fate was practically sealed on the night of the accident, and yet he went through his journey, discovered how to live, held so much love for the friends he made, and ultimately gave his own life for the sake of the world he had come to love. It's SO beautiful and tragic and I love the culmination of his story and how his character is tailored to really fit the themes and narrative p3 was going for.

TLDR: I love Makoto Yuki a whole lot and I think he's neat!

This project started as me just making a playlist for REQUIEM (as a self indulgent person does), but it ended up being a lot bigger than I planned LMAO

But either way, even if it's a bit different, I hope you enjoy this fun little follow up project! TYSM for the wait!!

CURTAIN CALL is a playlist split into three acts, worth 1 hour and 30 minutes of curated music that intends to simulate the flow of REQUIEM's story with supporting art and visualizers (with little things I included as a gift for June teehee)

All compiled within a an 11 paged PDF format that includes:
