2025 Come back?

Hello! It's been a while. How you all guys have been? A lot has happened throughout the years. First, before starting this blog, I would like to thank a newfound friend I met from Tiktok. Because of her, I didn't know Tumblr does still exist. Shout out to you @shaiyasstuff! I was literally reading every single post I did before and found myself feeling nostalgic. It was like walking through a memory lane left untouched. I have a lot of bottled-up feels and this would be a good outlet.. AGAIN.

Anyway and anywho. I wanted to update you all guys because you've stayed. Hello 500+ followers! Thank you for staying. I know most of you are probably not active here anymore. But, still.

Alright, enough yapping and here's the most awaited update. I am no longer single. I am no longer the hopeless romantic yet man-hater I was years ago. I found my guy during the pandemic. Remember those gaming, discord-era days? Yup. Everyone's busy with their dating apps but I was on Discord lol. I was out of the country back then working as Nurse. Oh boy, that was era 2021. To cut the story short, fast forward to 2022, we got married in October! And I moved to Canada last October 2023 (Coz he's from here. He's Filipino tho.)

Well, that's just a small update. I'll try to post as much as possible. And... Welcome back to me!!!

Promotion

I applied for a promotion. Damn. I didn’t know I had it in me. That I’d be confident enough to submit an application for a promotion. But yeah, so here it goes. The first stage of being an applicant, it’s called “CALIBRATION”, we get to listen to some calls and score it based on the scoring metric.

There were no announcements afterward who passed. Later on I heard that there are already scheduled for an initial interview. And I haven’t receive any email which means, I did not pass.

I was devastated. This would be the 2nd position that I applied for promotion, that failed. and this one would be the my greatest heartbreak. Next day, my team lead and teammates were actually making me feel better until almost the end of shift when my team lead received an email that I’d be one of the candidates who passed for an Initial interview.

And I was interviewed the next day. Damn. The Interviewer is intimidating. I admit that I stuttered a lot because of her. I had memory block. Let’s just hope it turned out okay. They are hiring 9 for the position. The results who passed the initial interview will be on wednesday, who ever passed will move forward to the final interview.

I just hope I pass. Pls.

BREAD LOSER.

Everybody knows what a “BREADWINNER” is. but what if providing or the family makes yourself a loser? Loser, in a way that, you can’t enjoy the single life because you got responsibilities at home. Especially when you’re the only one working and providing. Loser in a sense that, you are loosing yourself in a battle of being the money maker of the family. Loser, because you choose not to save for yourself as long as you have mouths fed and bills paid.

Yes, it’s tiring. Super tiring. My body always wanna give up on me. But I can’t even afford to get sick. Is it really worth it?

Hi, I’m going to create my very own Unspoken word posts. Sana i-support niyo ako. I know lahat ng followers ko or mostly, ay wala na at di na ganun ang support sakin. Religion.

I know this is a taboo topic. I do believe in God and have faith in Him. Big faith. But sometimes, I end up looking at the negative side of it. Like there are people who are just doing “IT” for the sake of because it’s a norm or because it’s like a social status. But doesn’t even live the life like a follower of their religion. Hypocrite is a such a big word. So i’m not gonna use it.

I can see people serving in the Church yet when they’re at home, they have nasty stuff coming from their mouths, do nasty stuff that is obviously the opposite of becoming “HOLY”.

My mom to be an example, is one of them. Forces me to go to church. Me on the other side don’t wanna fool myself of going to church just because it’s a norm to go to church on a sunday. I always pray and speak with Him but why force myself attending stuff that is ridiculous. She even can’t live the life she’s preaching. It’s absurd. I mean.. hays.
