miagaeul:
wild child
     “i have a net launcher … of sorts,” she comments, frowning slightly. the head agents hadn’t given her any time to prepare for this mission before sending her out on it, so she only had minimal supplies. if she had known what she was in for before coming out here, she would’ve been able to prepare better but she hadn’t really been given much more than a head’s up before she was sent out on her way.
     her net launcher? literally a net attached to an arrow. she had her own bow but she also trusted doyun if necessary, knowing his aim was (almost) as good as hers.
     “kinda half-assed and thrown together in five minutes but i have some lasers to set up a barrier too,” gaeul adds, sighing slightly. hopefully it would work and she wouldn’t have to make something out here on a whim but she had the basic tools if she needed to build something. not as good as being in the lab, but better than nothing.
     pausing for a moment, she considers all sides of the equation and also factors in doyun’s handy-dandy enhancement. “okay, can you distract the boar while i set up the lasers?”
  lasers and a net launcher, this should make for an easy capture of this boar. at least doyun wants to believe that to be true. if they failed at this they would be the butt of jokes for a few weeks. so far no one has failed at a mission capturing a boar for the agency. and doyun was not going to be the first.
  “yeah, i can do that no problem.” he replies. his tone easy and confident as he already maps out a small plan of action on how to distract the boar. “just watch how the pro gets it done.” he winks at gaeul before leaping over their hiding spot and beginning to creep closer to the boar. he made sure to stay quiet, all his stealth training helping this. the boar still hadn’t noticed him.
   once he was on the other side of the boar and facing where gaeul is hiding, he throws up a thumbs up and then uses his enhancement to lift some rocks near the boar. “hey stinky!” he gets it’s attention with the rocks. making sure to keep its eyes off of him. or so he thinks. so imagine his surprise when the boar suddenly looks directly at him. “oh boy.”

miaxseb:
what’s next?
some things never change.
a lot does: gathering up belongings and supplies, preparing them to move, meia uprooted and readying to meet the remnants of their sister agency. there’s a lot of confusion, and seb tells anyone that asks that it’s important that they help gha as best as they can–– that it’s better if they’re all there. they’ll have more support, and more eyes and hands to look for survivors, and more weapons should matters go south.
of course, there are plenty more people to die as well, but seb tries not to think about that aspect. he’s never doubted maylin before and he’s not about to start now.
doyun causing trouble doesn’t really change, though, whether it’s intentional or not. “i’m hoping that if i torture you enough it’ll eventually get through your head that you need to be more careful,” he half jokes. “besides, it’s important you train these muscles too,” not to mention the fact that geon is in such a despaired state over the gha news, seb doesn’t want to bother him with something like this, team building exercise or not. “maybe next time,” he comments regardless, and he really does hope that one day they’ll be able to return to some degree of normalcy, where seb can make his entire team do pushups and listen to them all complain lightheartedly.
“i need you in the best shape possible,” he replies, which is true enough. they have a big mission coming up, after all– granted, seb doesn’t know whether doyun will be among the chosen agents to head into the city or not. “and i need to keep you busy so you don’t break anymore medical vials.” that’s the real answer.
the pout of frustration grows deeper on the teens face as he pulls through another sit up. outraged by the fact he was the only one doing this--its embarrassing too! why did it have to be in the yard, couldn’t they have done it in the training room? so what if the room is like...... empty. it’d be better than this!
the teen relaxes his body, arms flopping out beside him even though he knows he has a lot more sit ups to do. “i knew it, you just want to torture me.” he complains. his muscles are already starting to get sore and he knows he will be stiff tomorrow if he doesn’t stretch it out right. this is so lame. he only broke like... one case. they have so many cases. “what if like we just say i did all of them already?”
he knows this is probably no use but he is going to try anyway. appealing to seb’s soft side. his team leader has always been the reliable type but he can be strict and so far doyun has never succeeded in wiggling out of punishment.
“besides shouldn’t i keep helping them move thingss???” ignoring the fact it had been helping when he broke the case.

geonmia:
let me try something
he thinks he can trick himself into feeling a little bit better knowing that they are finally getting started on the path to grand heights agency. geon still thinks it’s been too long, though. why couldn’t they have let him go? or at least a small party to scout it out and help who was left? he couldn’t help but sink in despair at the thought of all of those people, everyone he ever knew, dead or dying, thinking no one will be coming for them. he should have run away. he should have done… something.
geon tries to stay busy, tries not to dwell on it too much and rather do what he can to speed the move along. he’s not much in the way of fun company, though, and he feels a little bad to doyun, who so clearly wants to become better friends. geon would, if he only had the same energy to put into it that doyun seems to.
doyun claims that he’s going to move a pile of books with his mind, so geon stops what he’s doing to watch. he may not be very talkative these days, but he’s still polite. he waits, not really expecting to be impressed, to be honest, but you never know. maybe doyun’s actually been practicing and has something cool to show. geon has noticed that the young agent tends to talk a lot bigger than he executes or bites off more than he can chew, though.
his enhancement is a strong one--he knows this--and can be pretty cool when he uses it right. but like all enhancement they have to be trained and doyun’s draw back with his means he often gets told to slow down with it. not that he wants to because how is he supposed to get uber strong and be able to like take out a thousand demons in one go if the slows down? anyway, that means anytime he has the chance to test and stretch his enhancement he takes it.
the stack of books isn’t that big and doyun know’s he’s moved bigger before. not that he did that during practice--it had been an emergency situation after all. but the fact he has yet to be able to replicate that incident is infuriating. so with geon’s attention he holds out a hand and focuses on the books.
the stack begins to raise one by one, each book going a little higher until all of them were hovering off the ground. almost ominous with all the stuff that has been put out in front of the agency. breakable and not breakable items are stacked about in a purposeful way. “easy does it..” he mutters as the books begin to then move across the step and then down. a sweat breaking across his brow.

class time || au
     she’s quietly taking notes as she listens to the professor. sometimes she regrets enrolling in a normal university, considering that she doesn’t really need to take most of these classes to learn what the professors are teaching. considering that she has a photographic memory, usually just reading through the textbook is enough for her to pass the midterms and quizzes and finals. but, this class has a lab so she’s taking it for the hands on aspect.
     the class is interesting enough though, since the professor is not a bad lecturer to she shows up for attendance and to doodle in the margins of her notebook. and to see the cute boys in her class, but if anyone asks, that’s not why she’s here.
     when one of the aforementioned cute boys leans over to speak to her, gaeul raises an eyebrow and glances around before determining that he is indeed talking to her. “uh, it’s biotechnology,” she answers, confused as to why he was asking. “year two chemical engineering req?” the boy seems confused though, and she cannot for the life of her figure out why he’s asking this when it’s literally two months into the semester already.
  the name of the class is almost missed because he finds himself sort of lost looking at the girl near him. call him simple, but pretty girls actually talking to him is always a nice thing. sure, he’s the one who spoke to her first. but she didn’t have to reply. regardless, his attention snaps out of his dreamy mode when he realizes what she said.
   “uhhh...” was his intelligent response. blinking a few times before looking back to the front of the class. he then glances at her notes then finally back on the girl. “like science??n ew--whoa, i totally am in the wrong class.” he leans back in his seat, slumping a little as if the realization exhausted him. it kind of did. how did he not notice?
   also like whats going on with his class he is supposed to be in? did he even have a class during this period. “yoo, that explains why it’s so hard to keep up, ahaha.”

epsilonmia:
sucker punch.
seoyun can’t help but be a little annoyed at the excited cheer that doyun lets out when the demonstration is finished. maybe he should be pleased with himself, maybe he should enjoy the attention, but he just doesn’t. he thinks instead that the kid should be less worried about what’s cool and more concerned with how he can apply this out in the field. it’s not like the agents carry trinkets in their pockets just to sucker punch demons in their ugly faces more effectively.
“first, pop quiz,” seoyun scowls at the younger agent, clearly unsatisfied with his reaction. “how are you going to use this in the field? what do you have, or can find easily, that you can get a good grip on?” what’s the point of all of this training if none of it can be applied when it’s needed? as much as seoyun would really like to take out his frustration by whaling the foam pad (and therefore the boy holding it) one more time, he has just enough patience and restraint to resist. he waits to see how doyun’s mind works, if he’ll be stupid enough to suggest grabbing something that will only hurt him or if he’ll understand that not everything can be used in this situation.
“the idea is that you want something to fill the hollow, here,” he relaxes a fist and points to the space between his curled fingers and his palm. empty handed, it’s just a fleshy bit that bounces back. “the heavier the better. this,” he holds out the lighter to show the kid again, “is alright, but it’s really just keeping my fist from bouncing back too much. if you had a dense rock that fit into your palm, that’d work well. anything bigger and you’ll just hurt yourself.”
he takes the foam pad from the kid, exchanging it with the lighter. for a second, the thinks about letting doyun take a swing at him without any protection. seoyun decides against it; not for his own sake, it probably wouldn’t hurt anyways, but because doyun might split his knuckles if he managed to hit one of the harder, bonier parts of seoyun instead of the soft, fleshy bits. again, he doesn’t want to deal with the cleanup.
“alright, try once without, and then once with the lighter. tell me what you feel.”
  he can tell by the older agent’s tone that he had done something wrong--thought not bad enough that seoyun felt the need to scold him for it. sure, there isn’t that big of a change in the others tone, but as someone who ends up on the receiving  end of seoyun’s (and many others) scowls and scolds, he’s a pro at detecting tonal shifts. it’s not hard for him to figure out why, the pieces forming together and he tries to focus his attention more. to be more serious because the older is taking the time to teach him so he wants to walk away with something learned.
  the pop quiz makes him tense slightly, anticipating  what the other could say. the question though makes him blink. if cloud question marks could appear on his head then they would be there. how to use it in the field? that almost seems like a silly questions because obviously it would be used against demons who are too close or like rival agents. but as doyun opens his mouth to reply something tells him to reconsider. he snaps his jaw shut and looks down at seoyuns hands.
   for all that he is a dumbass, doyun is also someone who takes learning new skills as upmost importance. especially if it will help him defend more people. “i would need to have something on my person that could work to hold, or find something in the area.” he thinks of his bow and arrows and wonders if the arrow shaft would work.
  he zero’s in on seoyuns explanation  with a nod.   it makes sense when he thinks about it and he wonders why he has never been taught something like this. though being a ranged fighter, he never really dived into hand to hand as much. hence why he is fixing it now. the lighter feels weird in his hold, he weights it--not heavy at all, his bow it heavier in his hold than this--then holds it in his right hand. “once without and once with.” he confirms, holding his left hand up to prepare  to hit without the lighter. then doing the same thing with the lighter in his left fist.
   “whoa, there is a difference--” he says as he looks down at the lighter in his hand.

miaxsujin:
… ⇢ ˗ˏˋ not by your arrows, by your aim ࿐ྂ
@miadoyun
[ ... ]
“doyun!” she cried, half relieved, half angry he made her almost take his eye out. glancing over his disheveled form, she sighed and rested her bow on the hook next to the rack of arrows. she stepped down from the station she was standing at, undoing her arm guard as she approached him. “what did you do now?” she asked with a small smile, though only partly joking.
one thing sujin and doyun shared was that the range was an escape for them. anytime sujin was struggling with too many thoughts in her head, a bow in her hand and a target in her sights never failed to clear them away. however, doyun had a habit of taking the escape part a little… too literally.
the range comes into view as doyun bolts from an argument with his brother. it’s not like dojoon and him get into it often. sure, they can bicker and disagree like all siblings and people do. but it’s so rare for them to have a spat that actually annoys doyun to this degree. and he absolutely will not admit to it being partly his own fault. nope. can’t get him to admit it!
and where does he go when upset? the archery range. though things are more empty these days the range still stays intact to shoot. since his primary weapon is a bow, he always has the ability to come shoot. let out some steam while also working on upping his skill with the art. and thus it’s not a surprise to see sujin already in the range.
a yelp leaves the teen when the arrow flies past his head. followed by laughter.
“why do you assume i did anything!!” he cries in surprise, holding his hand on his head as if expecting to get another arrow sent his way. his own bow is strapped to his back like a sling bag. “i will have you know i am nothing but an angel.” total lie but well he’s trying his best--sort of. and besides, it mean to assume it’s his fault. and not anyone else.

what’s next?
@miaxseb
the windy day has left a dusty haze lingering in the sky. Obstructing visibility for the two agents which could have been a big problem but considering they were in the agency grounds and within yelling range of the other agents, it’s not as big a deal. at least that’s what doyun wants to believe. there’s been so much going on that he doesn’t want to worry about what could happen.
“why am i the only one forced to do this?” the teen complains as he curls up to his knees from his sit up position. his feet being held down by his ever cruel team leader. sure, maybe doyun caused a desk to slide down the stairs and break a crate of medical vials. but it’s not like he did it on purpose.
“shouldn’t this be like--” he huffs out as he lays back and then sits up again. the sweat on his brow becoming a little annoying but he refuses to pause because he just wants to be done. “--a team building chance or something?”
maybe he should focus more and chatter less, but doyun has always been a chatter box. “how is this helpful to whats going on anyway?” and whining is his favorite thing to do.

let me try something
@geonmia
the front steps of the agency are littered with bags and boxes and various furniture. there exists a small pathway from the door out to the yard unless someone wants to wiggle their way through the various objects that take up the bulk of the space.
which is exactly what doyun is doing right now.
“hey heeyyy, geon!” he calls out to the other agent. someone who recently had ended up on his team with the whole shuffle. the baby team they are still--as annoying as that is. but he likes geon. another demon agent like his brother though more quiet? he’s still trying to get to know the other.
“check this out.” he stands on a desk that is sitting rather unbalanced on some of the steps. two crates barely holding it up. “see that stack of books down there? i’m going to move them.” his stance and words are soooo confident. and with no senior agent around, he feels no need to hesitate.

can you make it explode?
@miaremy
the tech hall looks so empty and defeated these days. he knows its because of the move but the fact that so much has been packed away or is just missing altogether is so strange. these halls that he has spent so much time just loitering in with gaeul. the inventions they have made but successfully and unsuccessfully.
anyway, off topic.
the teen makes quick work in crossing the room to where he see’s jj working. wondering what in the world the other agent could be doing. but also hoping that the now junior tech agent can help him with something. “jj!!” he shouts, voice bouncing off the empty walls and open space. the small space where the tech agents still can work is very minor.
“are you busy? great! i have a request--im wondering if you can help me figure something out.”

miajinseo:
i think i know myself a little bit now
everything’s hard because we’re young the happiness only lasted for a while, oh my
     it’s been a while since the first mission had passed by. a while since he had tried to sacrifice himself for @miadoyun to live, only to be saved by doyun from within the rubble. he doesn’t remember much of it, only really remembering everything from before the building had collapsed on him.
     everything after is a blur, only coming to him in bits and pieces.
     life has sort of gone back to normal, aside from having to pack up everything to head out of meia and also the fact that he had been promoted to being a senior agent. it’s sort of weird for him, considering that he doesn’t really feel ready to be one. but he had talked to his sister and he had talked to daesu and he had talked to seb and that had made him feel better about the decision.
     but nothing has really changed too much, aside from the little add-on that doyun seemed to have forgiven him for the past transgressions regarding dojoon—or perhaps he just felt guilty for the fact that jinseo might now have made it back alive. either way, he’s always around nowadays and jinseo isn’t quite sure what to make of it. he doesn’t really want to address it though, considering that he’s not sure what the reason behind it is. either way, he had missed the friendship from the younger and he decides he won’t question it too much.
     he sits down after checking over what had been asked of him, having found out that the kitchen staff had brought in more strawberries and was very happily eating one when he sees doyun step into the cafeteria area too and he waves him over.
the move has been a weird experience. it sort of brings doyun back to the days when they were first picked up by seaside agents and brought into the agency to live. the chaos of going from places they were use to and being forced to learn a whole new location. these halls that are now so familiar to him have been littered with packing cubes and bags. things piled high that are going to leave with them and things they are going to be destroying for safety concerns.
he wonders how fast the city of invicta will take back this land. will they ever be able to come back to meia? the place that has been home for almost all his life? the demons are bound to investigate the area once they leave. he can’t imagine they would ever be returning to invicta--not in his time at least.
and everyday more things change. some good some bad, and doyun is learning how to take it all in stride--not very well, but he’s trying. at the very least he still has seb he can rely on, the baby agent grateful to not been moved team leaders even if he generally likes all the other leaders. seb is his rock in the rough waters and doyun isn’t sure he would make it through all of this without the senior agent.
so lost in his thoughts he almost misses jinseo waving him down as he enters into the cafeteria. the teen had been hungry after helping out in the tech labs and so he wandered in to see if there was anything to munch on. steps echoing around him as he diverts his path towards the now senior agent. “seoseo, helloo.” he greets with a wave of his hand. amused at the strawberries jinseo is eating. “how do we still have strawberries in this building with you around? did they make a multiplication serum or something?”

miagaeul:
easy.
     she looks up when she hears doyun’s voice, smiling up at him and scooting over slightly on the log she was sitting on currently. from the hecticness that had overcome everyone in the aftermath of the last mission. she’s still not sure if they had gained anything, though in her case she guesses she had gained some Cool Points (trademarked). part of her still doesn’t really believe it’s all happened, considering that they were doing this team bonding thing now and it’s been a good week. especially compared to the last.
     “no,” gaeul answers simply, glancing down at the s’more and analyzing it quickly. the flickering light from the flames isn’t the best for her to look at the snack, but she can see the melted chocolate and the toasted marshmallow, lifting it to her nose so she could sniff it. “looking at its components though, it feels like it should be good, if not a bit sweet?” curious, she glances at the plate he’s holding to see if there are any hidden ingredients she’s missed. “have you had one before?”
he watches her judge the s’more. the light of the fire illuminating only part of her face but for some reason he finds himself a little entranced. maybe it’s just do to the fact they have never just... hung out in a setting like this. normally the two of them are holled up in some lab. causing some kind of chaos in the training field by testing something. whatever it was, it was not just lounging with the other agents under the light of the moon and a camp fire.
still, he can’t say he doesn’t enjoy it. quiet the opposite in fact. this is a nice time and a nice week--better than anything they have dealt with in the last mission. if he could avoid repeating the last mission that would be nice. “nope! but i was watching one of the older agents make it.” he said, picking up one of the other s’mores. “it looked really sticky but a lot of fun?” he eyed it, curious and ready for a new experience. “apparently they were really popular in the past.” all the more reason to dive in. “cheers?”

miaxsilk:
itsy-bitsy - juneiverse | @miadoyun
[ ... ]
he wasn’t expecting to run into anyone else in the shadows of the alley he was lurking in, biding his time to heal. he surely wasn’t expecting to run into another enhanced kid, and even less someone with similar abilities to him. insoo immediately recognized the familiar silk and squinted at the figure that appeared in his area. he’d run into a few similar kids to him in the past but they usually ran in different circles and didn’t exactly cross paths often. they all lived kind of far out and insoo tended to stay where it was familiar so he’d lessen the chance of whacking himself into a wall because he didn’t know the corners of the city and couldn’t calculate his trajectory fast enough to account for the delays of the webbing.
his spidey-sense weren’t screaming danger, which allowed his shoulders to relax– he wouldn’t have to fight anyone with a hole in his side. of course it was already taken care of and webbed, but still– ouchy.
“hello?” he shifted out of the complete darkness to meet the moon’s generous light in the middle, allowing his face to become a bit more visible to the other. he wasn’t sure if the kid, how old was he even, had all the same abilities and could see him just fine in the dark. insoo didn’t want to leave it to chance and have the other think *he* was a threat and retaliate. “are you a friendly spider or like… one I would put into a jar and release outside?”
   it’s been a few weeks since the trip to the lab where he had the unfortunate run in with that spider. the side effects had been unexpected to say the least. strength, speed, reaction time. of course he told his brother pretty much the next day. dojoon always gets to know.
  they’d managed to figure out how to make web fluid together---for some reason he settled on the idea of being a spider based... person. hero? he wasn’t sure. but swinging around the roof tops in his red jump suit has been a lot of fun. sure, he’s fallen and stumbled here and there but he really things he has gotten a hang of it now.
    he knows there are other enhanced people out and about (he’d heard about spiderman of course which is why he hadn’t really decided on his own name. two spidermans? bit much.) but he had yet to run into any of them. in fact it was almost like he was along in his sector of the city even if he knows spiderman is around here.
   so imagine his surprise when while making a trip around the area he actually comes across the spiderman. doyun barely managed to keep himself glued to the wall when the hero spoke to him.
    “oh--uh..” he coughs, trying to deepen his voice a little as he shuffles down the wall to be partly in the light. his red jump suit feeling kind of lame now. but he tries to have confidence and pretend he has even a slightly good grasp at what he’s doing here. he has no idea but confidence is going to be work, right?
    “i’m uh... friendly?” he questions and then shakes his head.”im friendly! just uh, hanging around?” bad joke, doyun.

miadojoon:
tough guy || au
doyun has been acting a little fishy lately.
it’s not like he’s suspecting his younger twin of doing anything shady ( no matter what it is doyun has in mind, in dojoon’s eyes doyun can do no wrong ). he has a feeling that doyun has been coming home past curfew though, not that they have a curfew. it’s just—they usually eat dinner together but their schedules seem to be clashing these days. he misses his brother, of course. although if he’s being honest, it’s not just doyun who’s spending less time around the house.
unfortunately, dojoon has gotten himself into quite the pickle. by that he means: he got himself wrapped up in a gang and has been dragged around to gatherings and brawls. the thing is, he likes these guys, enjoys hanging out with them too. they’re fun to be around and they’re definitely a group of his closest friends. that doesn’t mean they aren’t involved in dangerous activities, sometimes he feels bad coming home with bruises all over his skin that he tries to hide with his oversized hoodie.
all this might be coming back to bite him in the back though, because now it’s doyun who’s claiming to be in a biker club of sorts—where would doyun even find people like that?—and returning home a few minutes after 11pm. that’s exactly what doyun is saying now, to which dojoon responds with a raise of his eyebrows. “my dearest baby, what kind of ‘biker club’ requires you stay out for dinner?”
just like he always does, dojoon wraps his arms around doyun’s and tugs with playful insistence, accompanied by a pout. “this street stuff sounds real suspicious. what have you been up to lately?” he whines in question. “come on, i’m ordering mcdonalds. we can even have a watch party!”
doyun’s nose crinkles up at he hears the dreaded word baby from his brother. it’s so not fair that dojoon continues to call him a baby when they are only a few minutes apart in age. his body recoiling a little at the hug though he’s so very use to this. his brother is affectionate and clingy at the best of times. even if doyun whines about it, that doesn’t stop the older. still, he wishes dojoon would drop the whole baby thing.
“you’re like 3 minutes older, how am I a baby?” he responds, almost forgetting that he was trying to put on a major cool guy act. his shoulders slumping for just a second before he straightens his back once more. need to stand tall and proud to really give off the feeling that he’s someone who shouldn’t be messed with.
like the cool guys in this old anime he’d been watching.
“might as well not even order for me, sorry bro.” he says as he tries to wiggle his way out of dojoons hold. his super secret club meeting would be happening soon and he couldn’t let his buddies down by not showing up! they’d already been putting out the word that there was going to be a big show off.
so now he has to shake off his brother so he can get out. “i can’t spill the details, but just know it’s pretty cool whats going on. i can handle myself.”

having a twin is great.
doyun loves his brother, he means that with his whole heart. @miadojoon is like super cool and smart and he’s always been a great support to doyun. so really, no complaints. they grew up close to the point it was more odd to not see them together. but of course they couldn’t always stay attached at the hip.
as much as doyun might want them to. he also respects that they both have a differing friend group and different interests. the whole they’re twins but not the same person thing.
but does that mean it doesn’t hurt when dojoon starts vanishing more often than he’s around? a little yeah. doyun can’t even really say when it started. when he noticed that dojoon was going out randomly and staying out later. or how sometimes he would wake up and dojoon would already be gone. that kind of thing. of course they still had their weekly smash bros matches and dojoon still helped him with class work and whatever. but it still felt like dojoon was around less.
and this lead doyun to the ( probably widely incorrect ) assumption that  his twin brother no longer through he was cool enough to hang around. this also led to him starting to go on about his new biker club in a not so subtle - yet subtle way of bragging about being in  a biker gang. something to make dojoon think he’s a tough dude or whatever.
“anyway, thats why i won’t be home for dinner tonight.” he finishes, leaning against the door frame of dojoons bedroom. his arms crossed and he’s giving his best i’m chill expression. “some buddies and i have a ... thing to deal with, ya know? just street stuff.”

class time || au
@miagaeul
the class was about half way done when doyun suddenly sat up straighter. his eyes dart to the board, then he glances around himself and then back to the board. there is obvious confusion written on his face is only amplified when he rubs the back of his neck.
a moment passes where he just watches the professor lecture. his expression growing more and more lost. and then he gives in and leans over to the person nearest him. it happens to be that pretty girl who totally distracted him when he first walked into the class on day one. “hey..” he whispers, hopefully not drawing any attention to himself. there’s a lot of students and the professor is rather loud so he’s pretty confident he won’t be noticed.
“so like, what class is this?” he asks, serious ( and seriously confused ). but also trying to play it off. he hopes the fact he looks like he just woke up would be helpful in explaining why he’s confused about the class. though the fact it’s two months into the semester isn't probably a good thing.

easy.
“here.” doyun holds out a completed smore to @miagaeul . the flames behind him head his back but he doesn’t pay it any mind. the night weather was cool enough that the heat of the flames feel nice. the days activities had left him feeling sore but content. happy with the week they had all just been through. a good change of pace from what they’d been dealing with. the last mission still haunts his mind but he can put it aside to focus on gaeul. he feels like they haven't had the chance to truly hang out this last week. both of them terrorizing different areas of the field except for the moment they shared the archery range.
he shifts his hold on the two drinks in his elbow as he takes a seat beside gaeul. his other hand holding a plate with another smore resting on it as well as a few extra marshmallows and chocolate. “have you ever had these before?” he questioned, gesturing to the smores. its something he hadn’t tried before now--and hes not sure if its because they are hard to come by or if it just isn’t given to the civilians. maybe its a special thing? he’s never even heard of them before tonight.

miadojoon:
* crackles
it has been a notably eventful day.
usually, eventful isn’t always a good thing. in the field, it might mean the loss of many lives. eventful could mean disastrous, unpredictable, unprecedented chaos—not this time, though. it’s simple, it’s fun, no one is hurt aside from a few bruises that came from a game like laser tag, capture the flag or water gun battles. although the jeers and the side glares dojoon gets as he participates aren’t completely gone, no one said anything terrible for once. maybe it’s because he’s one of their best chances at winning most of the time, what with his enhanced ability, amplified further now that he’s a demon agent.
nevertheless, all that is over for now. he, along with the other agents, are standing before the bonfire and listening to the crackles of fire. it’s a lot more peaceful, as opposed to the riot that were the games. dojoon scans through the crowd, looking for a particular individual, eager to see how he’s doing. eventually, he finds him—although it never takes him long to find his twin brother in the first place.
“baby moon,” he calls out with a coo as he approaches, stretching his lips into a big grin. “did you have fun?” he asks as he draped his body over the other agent, laughing as he does. dojoon’s never one to cease his affections, especially not when it comes to his dearest brother. “kind of a shame that they’re forcing us to go to bed earlier just because we’re baby agents, don’t you think? i kind of wanna stay up out of spite.” despite saying this, dojoon still reaches out to pinch one of ( @miadoyun )’s cheek. “oh, but i guess my baby needs his good night’s rest.”
the heat of the fire before him is comforting in the chilled night air. something he has always enjoyed about his home is how no matter how hot the day gets, he can always count on the cool night. normally it would call for pulling on his jacket or heading in side to observe the evening from the agency. not tonight.
tonight he finds himself lounging on one of the long logs used for seats, elbows on his knees as he leans towards the fire. staring into the red and yellow flames. they illuminate his face, warm his skin, and mesmerize him.  if it wasn't for the fact he would probably get in trouble ( or cause an accident ) he might have allowed his mind to toy with the flames. make them dance before him. he's always wanted to experiment with fire but he's never been allowed. to risky. and he would not want to ruin the good mood by accidently causing a large fire.
after all, the end bonfire for training week was a chance to relax. to truly enjoy the bond that has formed with the rest of the agency this last week. sure, doyun knows  that training week was supposed to help those bonds but honestly he was just glad that a week went by without any more deaths. without anyone vanishing. without wondering how he was going to make it back to safety with the weight of an injured friend.
          ( the uncomfortable warmth of jinseo's blood still rests in his mind, a memory he wishes he could forget. one that haunts him every night still even though so much time has passed between then and now )
his thoughts are unable to darken anymore as there is a familiar voice calling out to him. his eyes drifting over just in time to see dojoon approach before his twin is latching onto him. a smile pulls across his face--reluctantly happy with the affection. "baby--you're barely older than me, you can't call me a baby!" he replies, relaxing into his brothers arms despite his protests. "maybe i'll stay up and you--baby sun--can go to bed early." he teases in return, trying to play off the embarrassment he feels over dojoon calling him a baby (twice!! not fair!!). glad that no one is paying close attention to the. "i'm not a baby..."
