The 23 series, part 1.
Do I know where I'm headed with this style of work? Not really. Have I figured out how to integrate it with other aspects of my art practice? Not yet. But I'm feeling good about diving deep into something, repeating and iterating, experimenting in a more directed way rather than changing interests every 5 minutes, sticking to something and seeing it through.

This was my first "real" weaving project where I was hoping for a result (holiday gifts) and not just messing around. I wound each warp separately and tied it on to the old warp behind the heddles, so I could have different colors without having to rethread everything. The yarn is Knitpicks Palette and it fulled up wonderfully! I just wish they sold cones...
