Old River Road in the Flats, Cleveland Ohio. September 1982. My sister and her partner opened the ORC&WC in the early '80s. The building was part of the Samsel Rope Co. complex, also known as the Upson-Walton Company Building it was built 1871. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.

This Greek Revival-style house was built circa 1830 for Loring Wadsworth. The house is clad in wooden clapboard with a gabled and hipped roof, one-over-one windows, decorative corner pilasters and a decorative trim surround at the front entrance bay, an architrave with wooden triglyphs, and a porch on the northern ell.
